Roles & Responsibilities of a Recruiter

  Understand hiring requirements from clients or internal stakeholders

  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

  Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per JD and skill match

  Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews to assess fitment

  Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  Maintain and manage candidate data in ATS/HRIS systems

  Share candidate profiles and follow up for interview feedback

  Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer-related details

  Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding support

  Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment MIS reports

  Build talent pipelines for future requirements

  Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities

● 2+ years of experience in Automation testing.

● Passionate about QA and breaking software systems.

● Knowledge of Software Testing concepts and methodology

● Understanding of Web fundamentals (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Server Side

Programming and Database)

● Good programming skills (Java / Ruby / Python / JavaScript)

● Object Oriented Programming concepts

● Knowledge of Test Automation approaches and frameworks

● Good Hands-on experience in UI and API Automation

● Understanding of Performance and Security Testing

● Knowledge on any of performance Testing Tools (Jmeter / Loadrunner / Gatling )

● Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation scripts for newly developed features. Modify existing framework to augment feature testing needs.
• Continuously monitor automation test results and ensure no random test failures in automation.
• Identify the cross-browser / platform impacts during the planning phase and ensure high test coverage.
• Identify quality assurance process gaps and suggest actions for improvement.
• Ensures Zero defect leakages.
• Contribute Non-functional Testing aspects - Performance, Security, and Translation.
• Work closely with the Development team and ensure code is delivered with high code coverage.
• Contribute to continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Role and Requirements

·      Managing sales distribution and growth for Hotchaa! in retail – MT and GT

·      Come with good knowledge, understanding and relationships with GT and MT market in India, specifically Mumbai

·      Understand way of working for FMCG product growth – distribution, listing, promotions, merchandising

·      Establish sales objectives and targets by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; work to achieve set sales targets along with marketing team

·      Identify and build the right retail partnerships online and offline to drive sales for Hotchaa! products

·      Manage relationships and engagement with channel partners (online and offline) including analyzing sales potential, SKU rationalization, pricing and promotion decisions and trend forecasting

·      Conduct frequent trade visits to gain valuable insights on stock movement, monthly trends and tweak strategy accordingly.

·      Build and nurture relationships with retailers and distributors, discuss their needs and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them

·      Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

·      Provide sales support to distribution partners and work closely on POS promotions / shelf displays / marketing / visibility strategy along with marketing inputs
