• Strong experienced UX / Product Designer profile with a focus on Mobile Apps
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ YOE in UX / Product Design, with a strong experience in B2C Mobile Apps
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have Managed a team of 1–2 Designers (Lead or above in current role, Senior Designer designation can be considered if Team leading is explicitly mentioned in CV)
• Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong UX-focused portfolio showcasing case studies, user research work, with strong designs for Mobile Apps (Mandatory)
• Mandatory(Education): Must have a formal Design degree (B.Des / M.Des or equivalent)
• Mandatory (Company): Good Product Company with high-traffic Mobile Apps

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales and meet targets by engaging with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

In this employment, you are required to do at least 3 client meeting in a week and ensure effective communication and relationship management

Preferred candidate profile

Consult with Product expert Team if any Query arises from Client.

To Convert Prospect into Customers and generate revenue and achieve the assigned Revenue Goal.

Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.

Job Description:

• Should have basic experience on animation principles.
• Good understanding of aesthetics and animated canvas.
• Able to understand project requirement and handle projects independently.
• Create and Edit Videos for all projects and use motion for the created videos
• Strong learning capability.
• Having a good knowledge of Excel tools
• Framework experience would be beneficial.
• Should be comfortable to work with the team.
• Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, with a blend of creative visualization, modern design, and typography.
• Proficiency in handling DSLR cameras for internal photo/video shoots and enhancing footage with effects and elements to produce high-quality videos.
• Basic knowledge of UI design is a plus, as it may be required for certain UI-related tasks and team collaboration.

Skills required:

• Demonstrated experience in a graphic and motion design position.
• A strong portfolio that highlights one's creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Blender 3D is a plus.
• Basic Knowledge of Lottie - web animation will be considered an added advantage.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and increase attendance at trade shows and exhibitions

• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from previous events

• Maintain and update a database of potential attendees

• Communicate with individuals and companies to promote the event and its features, answer questions, and persuade them to attend

• Provide information about registration, pricing, schedules, and other relevant details

• Follow up with attendees after the event to gather feedback and assess satisfaction

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to increase attendance and achieve event goals

• Attend team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Developer to join our IT team. As part of the UI/UX developer role. You will be optimizing software and applications to function smoothly across different devices and screen sizes. Besides, you will be coordinating with the UI Designer, Web Designer, and Backend Developers to improvise
website visuals and functionality. You should be able to develop mock tests and prototypes to determine software/website functionality. As a UI developer, you should have a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript.

1. Using programming languages like HTML and JavaScript to create responsive web pages
2. Working closely with Designers and Backend Developers to ascertain client needs

5. Following established code practices when undertaking user interface development
6. Designing features and applications for mobile and other screen sizes
7. Coordinating with Developers to rectify any issues
8. Developing functional documentation and guidelines for other team members
9. Conceptualizing website designs and placements
10. Determining project timelines
11. Using analytical tools to determine website performance including website speed, load time, etc.

13. Ensuring all designs and specifications are rendered properly
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or Web Developer
3. Complete knowledge of programming languages like HTML 5, CSS 3, C++, Sass, and JavaScript
4. Knowledge of website aseptic practices and UI/UX designs
5. Full-stack experience in developing applications and software
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Ability to work in a team and under pressure
8. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
9. Up-to-date with the latest UI technologies and practices
10. Understanding of design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator
11. An eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• 2-3 yrs of strong experience in building mobile web frontend for b2c products using React.
• Understanding of server side rendering, nextjs.
• Ability to build progressive web applications with optimized lighthouse score.

Will be developing mobile and web applications using latest technology. Should be good in analysing requirements and translate into applications. Good in understanding application flows.

Tech Skills –

Mobile technology – Hybrid (Ionic / Angular / Cordova ),  – Expert level – Should have completed at least one  project with server component, use of cloud services, use of device native capabilities like camera, accelerometer etc.

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java script – Expert level - Good understanding of concepts and should be able to realize application screens based on the UI provided by designers.
