Wednesday works with customers with a high amount of autonomy. We own problem statements and work with them to provide simple solutions to complex and challenging problems. You will be responsible for front-end architecture, delivery and innovation across all pods at Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop responsive web applications.
• Build, test, and deploy frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Work on fullstack development, integrating frontend with backend (Node.js).
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both frontend and backend.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and databases (MongoDB or MySQL).
• Version control (Git/GitHub).
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Building developer libraries and SDKs.

Position Overview: 

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on building scalable web applications. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in team management and be capable of taking on leadership roles. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features 

• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed 

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices 

• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development 

• Proficiency in React.js and Node.js

• 6+ years of experience in software development with minimum 1 year as a tech lead.
• Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS.
• Deep understanding of at least one of React JS / Vue JS and its core principles
• Deep understanding of NodeJS.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as babel, webpack, npm
• Familiarity with at least one code versioning tools such as Git, SVN etc.
• Good understanding of quality JavaScript code (Object oriented and commonly used design patterns)
• Capable of debugging complex issues in JavaScript
• Experience in building complex single page applications with front end and backend.
• Experience with production full stack environment debugging and DevOps experience.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Hands on coding experience.

Good to have:

• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web development.
• Experience with writing unit test cases with JS frameworks.
• Experience with high scalable applications.

• Previous working experience as a MERN/MEAN  Stack Developer for 1 year (Minimum).
• In depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 2+ versions or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular/React, LESS/SASS
• Hands on experience with JavaScript
• Development on both client and server-side
• Experience on Angular 2+  and React Js will be an plus point
• Experience on both MEAN/MERN Technologies will be an advantage.

Position description:

We’re looking for a senior full stack developer (MERN) with a proven experience to design and create software. The responsibilities will include coding both on the front and back-end, writing APIs, and React components.  

Having an experience of web development using JavaScript, you should be able to create web applications from scratch. The ideal candidate should have experience of working in agile teams.

Required Competencies:

• This is mainly a full stack position .net or Java experience
• Full Stack Experience in Angular 5+ along with Dot Net is preferred
