Key Responsibilities:

- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and bot analytics platforms to monitor user behavior, define success metrics, and iterate features.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align product development with market demands and go-to-market strategy.
- Project Management: Drive agile processes using Jira, ensuring timely sprint deliveries, backlog grooming, and resolution of blockers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, with direct experience in chatbot or conversational AI product development.
- AI & LLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP technologies, and experience integrating AI-powered chatbots.
- Platform Ecosystem: Exposure to WhatsApp Business API ecosystem and conversational commerce tools.
- Mobile & Web Product Understanding: Ability to oversee chatbot deployment across mobile apps and web platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in product analytics using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with Jira or similar agile project management tools.

Job Summary:
The Manager – Business Development & Partnerships will be responsible for spearheading strategic growth initiatives, forging alliances, and scaling companies India's presence across regions and service verticals. This role combines strategic sales leadership with high-impact partnership development. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience in certification/compliance services, proven leadership abilities, and a growth mindset. This is a senior role with high visibility and direct contribution to organizational expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Lead regional and national revenue growth plans for management
system certifications, sustainability programs, training, and cyber
assurance services.
- Own and drive sales forecasting, funnel management, and target
achievement across assigned sectors.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams for customized client
solutions and seamless service fulfillment.
Partnership Development & Alliances
- Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships with consulting

Key Qualifications and Skills:
Education:

Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B business development, with at
least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong exposure to the Certification, Auditing & Training ecosystem.

Creating new architecture, working with existing software and engineering hardware components that optimize certain technology. Application Engineer responsibilities span from software architecture design, programming, testing, debugging, and software maintenance. Documentation of the product including flowcharts, algorithms, codes, and other relevant information, software upgrades, user support, and training activities also comprise of important responsibilities in this position.
