Tele sales Representative responsibilities include:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Answering customer queries
● Maintaining and analyze the customer database
● Tracking all the complaints,feedback, requirements
raised by customers and prepare reports
● Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the
organization with a view to retaining existing
customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the
company brand.
● Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture
that will work seamlessly across the business and
capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
● Making sure the customer database is correctly
segmented for targeted marketing activities.
● Collaborating with other departments ensures the
CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the
business.
● Development of testing strategies to guarantee the
most efficient approach for the organization and its
customers.
● Handle all CRM platforms - Call and chat
● Running customer loyalty programs for repeat
customers
