Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to establish and lead the production operations of our new Ayurvedic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG, or food manufacturing and should be capable of managing plant commissioning, production planning, quality compliance, documentation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead machine installation, commissioning, and production setup.
• Develop and implement SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and production processes.
• Manage daily production planning, scheduling, and capacity utilization.
• Ensure compliance with AYUSH GMP (Schedule T), FSSAI, BIS, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Supervise manufacturing processes, quality systems, documentation, and batch traceability.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
• Recruit, train, and manage production staff.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications-

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BAMS, B.Tech, or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of production experience in Ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, herbal, nutraceutical, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, production planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (ERPNext is an added advantage).
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; working knowledge of English.

• Experience in commissioning a new manufacturing plant or production line.

We are hiring high-caliber engineers with 3+ years of experience to build low-latency, high-throughput trading infrastructure in Rust, working directly under senior systems architects. This is a hands-on coding role on performance-critical systems — you will write, test, and ship the core code.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Rust under the guidance of senior engineers
2. Implement components of distributed, fault-tolerant systems handling high transaction volumes

Required Qualifications
