Job Description:

● What will your role look like

● Lead end-to-end project execution across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

● Act as the primary delivery contact for customers — running calls, tracking progress, and ensuring transparency.

● Coordinate with Business Analysts and Architects to keep delivery aligned and on track.

● Step in to lead customer calls, demos, or presentations when required.

● Present project updates, roadmaps, and demos effectively using PowerPoint and Salesforce UI.

● Manage project velocity, risks, dependencies, and drive on-time delivery.

● Apply Agile practices to run sprints, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

● Ensure clarity on team priorities and resolve blockers quickly.

● Strong sense of ownership and accountability to act as a single point of contact for delivery.

● Proficiency with project tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control systems (Git/Copado/etc.).

Your Mission:

To expand and refine our suite of out-of-the-box integrations, using our powerful API and SDK to bring in metadata for visualisation from a vast range of sources including databases with diverse SQL dialects.

Tech & Skills We’d Love to See

Must-have:·

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot RESTful APIs, and Node.js
• Solid knowledge of databases, SQL dialects, and data structures

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, TypeScript, React.js, or similar frameworks
• Bonus points for data experience—we love data wizards

Job Summary:

Experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Angular (TypeScript) for front-end development and Python Flask for back-end API development. Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server, authentication using Azure AD (MSAL), and implementing efficient API integrations. Skilled in unit testing, debugging, and optimizing performance.

Key Skills:

• Front-End: Angular, TypeScript, PrimeNG, RxJS, State Management, React JS

• Back-End: Python Flask, SQLAlchemy, RESTful API Development

• Database: Microsoft SQL Server (SQL, Joins, Query Optimization)

• Authentication: Azure AD, MSAL, JWT-based authentication

• DevOps & Deployment: Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

• Additional: data validation, pagination, performance tuning

Core Responsibilities

Front-end Development:

o Develop web applications using React, flask. o Implement responsive design to ensure user-friendly interfaces.

o Utilize mapping libraries (e.g., Leaflet, Mapbox) to display geospatial data.

Back-end Integration:

o Work with APIs and manage data flow for project analytics and management.

o Enhance features for robust data handling and real-time project analysis.

Cloud Deployment:

o Deploy and manage web applications on AWS and similar platforms. o Optimize for performance, scalability, and storage efficiency.

GIS and Mapping Tools:

o Develop tools using GIS data like KML and Shapefiles. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance.
• Perform data migration and management using tools like Data Loader or Workbench.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
