Position: MS Dynamics 2012 - Technical Consultant(Lead/Architect) 

Experience: 5+ yyear in MS Dynamics AX technical consultant

For this role, the candidate needs to support AX implementations, providing end user support and developing functional skill levels of AX. The role holder will own the gathering requirements and defining these user stories in collabo ation with other team members. 

Required Skills:

• X++ Programming: Expert knowledge of X++ and development within Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• AIF (Application Integration Framework): Strong experience in AX 2012 integration with third-party systems.
• SSRS Reporting: Skilled in designing and developing custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Data Migration: Experience in data migration using DIXF and other data tools.
• SQL Server: Strong understanding of SQL Server and ability to optimize database performance.
• MorphX Development Environment: Familiarity with MorphX and related development tools.
• Performance Tuning: Proven experience in system performance optimization, both at the application and database levels.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related f ield.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 development.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle AX implementation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus.
• Good understanding of ERP processes across modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role: Cleo EDI Solution Architect / Sr EDI Developer

Location : Remote

This is a niche technology (Cleo EDI), which enables the integration of ERP with Transp. Mgt/Extended Supply Chain etc

Expertise in designing and developing end-to-end integration solutions, especially B2B integrations involving EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and APIs.

Familiarity with Cleo Integration Cloud or similar EDI platforms.

Strong experience with Azure Integration Services, particularly:

• Azure Data Factory – for orchestrating data movement and transformation
• Azure Functions – for serverless compute tasks in integration pipelines
• Azure Logic Apps or Service Bus – for message handling and triggering workflows

Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data mapping.

Solid grasp of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and workflows.

Experience working with EDI developers and analysts to align business requirements with technical implementation.

Familiarity with Cleo EDI tools or similar platforms.

Develop and maintain EDI integrations using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC), Cleo Clarify, or similar Cleo solutions.

Create, test, and deploy EDI maps for transactions such as 850, 810, 856, etc., and other EDI/X12/EDIFACT documents.

Configure trading partner setups, including communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTPS).

Monitor EDI transaction flows, identify errors, troubleshoot, and implement fixes.

Collaborate with business analysts, ERP teams, and external partners to gather and analyze EDI requirements.

Document EDI processes, mappings, and configurations for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

Provide timely support for EDI-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Participate in EDI onboarding projects for new trading partners and customers.

- Good understanding of NODE JS back-end development

- Strong understanding of Node.js and frameworks available for it

- Understanding of front-end technologies, such as React/Angular, HTML and CSS3
-Solid understanding of object-oriented development and design patterns.

You will bring order to ambiguous scenarios and apply in depth and broad knowledge of architectural, engineering and security practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient and robust and will share knowledge on modern practices and technologies to the shared engineering community.

Key Accountabilities:

• Apply software engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and troubleshoot complex and varied software solutions and incorporate security practices in newly developed and maintained applications.
• Participate in peer code review sessions to review code, coach peers and ensure code quality.
• Take the lead in the assigned agile team to adopt agile philosophies, facilitate agile ceremonies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Incorporate the company's engineering and development best practices within the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing and security principles, to deliver high quality code rapidly.
• Collaborate to lead demonstration and continuous feedback sessions to improve development and help drive the long-term vision.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security
• Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Experience working in ERP basis, Code Development (ABAP, HTML 5, Python, Java, etc..), or Design Thinking.
• Experience working in Azure, AWS, or BTP cloud environments.
