Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production process, ensuring high-quality standards, operational efficiency, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Advanced degree (MBA/Operations Management) is a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the electronics or related manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive a culture of operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
