Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents.

Managing the complete life cycle of financial advisors/agents (e.g., meeting and interacting with them on a regular basis).

Training the financial advisors/agents on the app to serve their customers in the most efficient and effective manner.

Driving financial advisors/agents for higher productivity and focusing on renewals.

Achievement of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly targets.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Executive (CSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for key account management, upselling, cross-selling, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.

● Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand product adoption within existing accounts and drive revenue growth.

● Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services.

● Handling Escalations: Act as a problem-solver by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless resolution process.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations role in a B2B or SaaS environment.

● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

● Client Handling Expertise: Proven track record of managing enterprise clients, resolving escalations, and driving business value.

● Sales Acumen: Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

● Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.

Requirements:

5. Works with application development team to solve technical challenges with industry best practices.

Company Description

We are an SF-based stealth mode AI startup, building AI agents and automation tools for Marketing use-cases. We are ex-Big Tech, currently bootstrapped and working with a few design partners/early customers. We will be starting a fundraise in Q3 2024.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Founding Engineer (first engineering hire). This is an equity-only role, meaning compensation will be in the form of equity rather than a salary.

This role will be 30% applied research and 70% product engineering. The expectation is that you will be able to commit 15 hours per week for this role to begin with.

• Experiment with the latest AI technologies and research and put them into implementation.
• Have the freedom and responsibility to design and own projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field (Also open to university students for the right candidate)
• Knowledge of gen-AI systems (LLMs, model training/fine-tuning, agent frameworks, evaluation frameworks, vector DBs, RAG, etc)
• Experience in building and scaling backend systems and infrastructure
• Strong generalist, skilled with Python, cloud infrastructure (AWS).
