Job Title : Senior QA Automation Architect (Cloud & Kubernetes)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Architect with deep expertise in cloud-native systems, Kubernetes, and automation frameworks.

You’ll design scalable test architectures, enhance automation coverage, and ensure product reliability across hybrid-cloud and distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and maintain test automation frameworks for microservices.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of test systems.
• Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams to streamline automation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation & Process Support: Prepare, maintain, and update product requirement documents, meeting notes, and reports as per process requirements.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and organize product usage data, feedback, and market information; prepare recurring reports and summaries.
• Execution of Recurring Tasks: Own and diligently complete recurring operational/product management tasks that support the larger product lifecycle.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams to gather inputs, track deliverables, and ensure alignment.
• Process Adherence: Follow established product processes and systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy in outputs.
• Learning & Growth: Actively engage in learning about product management best practices, tools, and domain knowledge.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of work experience (internship/academic project experience is also acceptable).
• Strong communication skills — able to listen, take clear notes, and convey information concisely.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes diligently.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn — willingness to take on new tasks, even repetitive ones, with consistency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfort with tools like spreadsheets, documentation platforms (Confluence, Figma, Jira), and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics).

• 5 + years of hands-on experience in .NET, Angular and related Web technologies.

• 2 - 3+ years of experience designing and supporting Azure environments, including IaaS and PaaS

• Past experience in cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience in designing and transferring applications to the cloud.

• Proven experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) as well as DevOps principles to achieve SDLC goals of Global Banking Technology

• Hands on experience using the Azure/AWS administration portal.

• Knowledge of at least one other cloud hosting solution (e.g., Azure, Google, AWS, Helion Cloud).

• Good hands-on experience in SOA, XML, WSDL, XSD, WSDL XML schema and namespaces (J2EE and .NET), MS .NET Framework, C#, HTML, Javascript, Micro Services/ APIs, Messaging, Threading, IBM DB.

• Have experience on development of container applications.

• Good knowledge of IBM DB. Should be comfortable writing stored procedures and user defined functions.

• Strong business knowledge of wealth management industry.

• Component / business object modeling, services modeling.

• Experience in building high concurrency, low latency 247 availability applications.

• Strong programming skills with emphasis on writing efficient algorithms to handle large data sets and processing.

• Understanding of HTTP, IIS and how the browser works.

• Ability to coordinate with various teams to deliver projects successfully.

• Knowledge of UML design.

• Knowledge of source control (preferably Git) and continuous Integration tools.

• Have working Knowledge of DevOps and best practices. Understanding of Major DevOps Tools and implementation for Source Control, Continuous Integration, Configuration Management, Deployment Automation, containers & Orchestration

• Experience in working in Agile framework.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Skills Desired:

• Financial markets, payment solutions or Wealth Management previous experience

Educational Qualification:
