Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Zoho products and implementation services.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner networks.
• Conduct product demos, client consultations, and needs assessments to identify the right Zoho solutions for each client.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to create proposals, pricing plans, and customized packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up diligently on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Stay up to date with Zoho product updates, new releases, and implementation capabilities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or software sales (Zoho experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented — willing to “do what it takes” to close deals.
• Ability to understand client pain points and map them to Zoho solutions.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

What you'll do: 

• Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs and related backend frameworks 

• Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible 
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible 
• Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Write unit test and improve test coverage. 
• Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off 
• Mentor junior developers on the team

Mandatory:

• Previous experience and expertise working with React-native and Android native: > 3 years
• Experience in writing node modules/bridges
• Should be comfortable with relocating to Bangalore. Team Tiluf greatly enjoys working together in the same office space.

Responsibilities:

• Making the Tiluf exosystem more efficient, scalable, instant, and user-friendly so that it can cater to millions of users around the world.
• Working in collaboration with "Meta" on AI/Ml based parallels focusing on body augmentation and generative AI in AR.
• Working on improving the in-house XR technology.
• Designing architecture for the system to make it more efficient and scalable.
• Collaborating with UI/UX team for making a world-class user experience
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to make automated marketing in-app flows.
• Collaborating with the Community team to make the product as engaging as possible.

Required Skills:

• Coding Ninja - great at writing logic and designing architecture.
• Expertise in native Android(Java + kotlin)
• Knowledge and interest in AI/Ml - https://developers.google.com/ar/develop/java/machine-learning - This will be the starting point
• Expertise in React Native
• Rock-solid at working with and writing native modules/bridges.
• Always motivated to take the lead and learn new things.
• 3 + years of a firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax, and have the ability to write well-documented clean Javascript code.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Redux-saga, AsyncStorage

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Minimum 3+ Years of experience working as a Salesforce developer.
• Proven experience in developing Salesforce applications and interfaces:
• Salesforce and/or full-stack development
• Sales, Service Cloud and Force.com
• Salesforce Lightning experience is a must
• Proven and strong development experience in APEX, Visualforce, REST, SOAP/WSDL, SQL, and system interfaces
• Proven skills in deploying and configuring Apps from App Exchange
• Experience in web front-end technologies & Frameworks
• Conceptual understanding of Master Data Management (SAP), SAP Process Integrator / Informatica /
• Hands-on experience in querying salesforce.com database using SOQL & SOSL queries using Force.com Explorer
• Certifications in Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Platform Developer, and Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Experience in marketing cloud (pardot, exact-target/journey builder..) and its integration
• Design, develop, test, and document innovative sales and marketing solutions
• Expert in advanced APEX, Visual force, HTML5, REST, and full-stack development
• Excellent understanding of complex interfaces in the corporate system landscape
• Autonomous review and clarification of business requirements prior to implementation, creation and
• documentation of technical design/entity-relationship including alignment with stakeholders
• Autonomous coordination of test activities with business and IT stakeholders
• Autonomous coordination and execution of deployment in line with change and release management
