Senior Sales Executive

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries. Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.

We are seeking an experienced Content Writer with 3-5 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and informative long-form articles that will be used in our marketing campaigns for a B2B payment platform. The content writer will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and high-quality content that targets our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, long-form articles for our B2B fintech payment platform that will be used inmarketing campaigns
• Conduct research on relevant topics and stay up-to-date with industry news and trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content is aligned with our brand

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content that conveys complex ideas in a simplified

• Optimize content for SEO and ensure all articles are formatted properly
• Edit and proofread all content before publication
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets our high-quality standards
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Finance Content Writer, from a B2B fintech platform
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with SEO optimization and content formatting
• Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines

Job Description:

Looking for 3-6 years of experience candidates for the role of software sales executive.

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, and following up on leads and appointment setting for the external sales team
• Direct email marketing/cold calling to key clients and prospects
• Collaboratively work with the sales, and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
• Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Research, track, maintain, and update leads
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process
• Achieving sales lead generation and appointment quota
• Individual Performers are required

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Executing tests on software usability.
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability. Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
• Working knowledge of programming.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
