Job Description:

• 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience as a Developer in financial services
• Experience with C#/.NET
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and AWS Cloud technologies is a plus
• Experience with databases such as MSSQL and MongoDB is a plus
• Familiarity with concepts such as microservices, API, TDD, unit testing, and SDLC
• Knowledge of Stock Loan, Collateral margining, Swaps would be a great advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in stakeholder management across both IT and business sectors

Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with experience building Salesforce AppExchange apps to lead the development of Salesforce connectors for our marketing technology products.

What would you do?

·      Take a lead role in the design and implementation of Shopify connectors for our marketing products.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders in establishing application requirements, determining features, creating customer-friendly solutions, and determining support needs and performance requirements. 

·      Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy software to satisfy these requirements. 

·      Work according to the agile programming application development methodology adhered to including test-first, iterative development, and continuous re-prioritization.  

·      Support the maintenance of our hosted technology solutions. 

·      Work with other team members in accomplishing group objectives and participating in code reviews. 

·      Ensure timely and robust implementation of the company’s development plans.

·      Ensure that all relevant parties are kept up to date on progress of projects and give feedback on an ongoing basis. 

·      Contribute to the review, selection, and adoption of proprietary tools and technologies. 

·      Use specialist knowledge and experience of information technology to provide technical advice and vision.

Technical Skills

The following skills are needed for this role.

Experience

·      3+ years’ experience in web application design and development 

·      Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience 

Primary Skills

·      Strong background in Front-end technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc. 

·      Experience with node.js

·      An understanding of User Experience and a background in building intuitive interfaces. 

Secondary Skills (nice to have)

·      Experience with Shopify integrations.

·      Experience building native apps for other platforms.

·      Experience with Salesforce APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, etc.

·      AWS ecosystem and tools, particularly developing for serverless environments. 

·      Any experience with other languages will be beneficial.

The Role - Account manager
As the account manager, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with and upselling to some of the best known Indian and eventually global brands.

*Your core areas of ownership would be - *

• Nurturing the qualified leads: Once the opportunities are qualified, you will help the Chief sales officer to guide the leads through our sales process, which will involve a mix of in person, video call and telephone activities.
• Collaboration with client SPOCs: Create close working relationships with clients on the ground and engage with the SPOC on a frequent basis
• Project manage the delivery
• Keep the NPS high
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in end-user experience and think of ways to resolve them

You have:

• Proven ability to engage with service side client professionals (department heads as well as CXOs)
• Experience of managing large scale account activities with large enterprises with multiple stakeholders as well as promoter-driven organisations
• Masterful communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to forge and build relationships at a senior level - crossing multiple sectors and geographies.
• Public speaking experience: Commanding an audience of 1 or 50, both in person and over video conference
