Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Manage full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, QA, and Operations.
- Create structured hiring workflows — JDs, sourcing plans, scorecards, and interview loops.
- Build an employer branding playbook (careers page, social content, referral program, and events).
People Operations & Experience
- Design onboarding/offboarding experiences (pre-boarding, day-1, 30/60/90 plans, exit interviews).
- Implement and manage HRIS/ATS systems, attendance, asset management, and documentation.
