We are looking for an experienced (4-7 years) and talented UI designer to create unique
user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and thoughtful
design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into
interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into aesthetic, intuitive, and
functional user interfaces.
Responsibilities
• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to
collaborate closely with teams, copywriters, and stakeholders.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-centered solutions to
complex design roadblocks
• Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and
effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and
executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Create marketing and support elements like social media banners, presentation
designs, information diagrams, digital posters...etc.
Requirements
• Proven UI experience (4-7 years).
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, Mind maps,
presentations, and social media elements
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, PowerPoint, or other visual
design and wireframing tools
• Excellent Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Good to have proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Knowledge in User testing and Usability research is beneficial.
