Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually stunning and engaging designs for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts, stories, and ad creatives tailored to platform specifications.
• Collaborate with content writers, marketing managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding.
• Create static graphics, GIFs, and basic animations for posts and campaigns.
• Work on diverse design projects, including carousels, infographics, and reels.
• Stay updated with social media trends, ensuring designs remain fresh and engaging.
• Ensure brand consistency by following guidelines and maintaining visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
• Software Proficiency:
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
• Basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and their design requirements.
• Ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration capabilities.

• Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive release-level feature choices.
• Connect activities and deliverables to business outcomes.

• Constantly test his own products, create edge cases and if required should have the ability to write and define product specs from scratch.
• Have the ability to be able to work with complex cross functional teams/ should be able to influence cross functional teams: Engineers, Architects, category, business & finance.

• Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.
• Also educate cross functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights.
• Must aggressively defend a good strategy against random changes, fads and single-customer escalations.
• Candidate must push to allocate technical resources strategically among products.
• Integrate usability studies, market analysis, CST use-cases, NPS related data into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and execute product specs for further execution.
• Design and execute a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows working

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands-on experience with Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem-solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

Good knowledge of accounting regulations, financial documents and procedures.

Manage all accounting transactions, purchase and journal entries, general ledgers, and invoicing.

Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

Manage Expense Management, PO Raising, Invoice Management, and Reimbursements.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions on daily basis.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software.

• 4+ years of experience Solid understanding of Python, Java and general software development skills (source code management, debugging, testing, deployment etc.).
• Experience in working with Solr and ElasticSearch Experience with NLP technologies & the handling of unstructured text Detailed understanding of text pre-processing and normalisation techniques such as tokenisation, lemmatisation, stemming, POS tagging etc.
• Prior experience in implementation of traditional ML solutions - classification, regression or clustering problem Expertise in text-analytics - Sentiment Analysis, Entity Extraction, Language modelling - and associated sequence learning models ( RNN, LSTM, GRU).
• Comfortable working with deep-learning libraries (eg. PyTorch)
• Candidate can even be a fresher with 1 or 2 years of experience IIIT, IIIT, Bits Pilani, top 5 local colleges are preferred colleges and universities.
• A Masters candidate in machine learning.
• Can source candidates from Mu Sigma and Manthan.
