Job Description:

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive growth through inbound and outbound calls, engage potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively present GREATIFY solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and closing deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Strong communication, persuasion skills, and a target-driven mindset are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted market research within the education sector to identify potential customers.
• Engage prospects via calls, email, and online platforms to introduce GREATIFY’s EdTech solutions
• Understand customer needs and confidently present product features and benefits
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
• Meet or exceed demo targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.

What you'll do:

· Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development: Angular, ionic, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more

· Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team as Property Specialists. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, creating a strong first impression and helping them navigate the buying and selling process. This position offers a mix of office and on-site work, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Sales team and support client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage with a specific number of qualified leads per month for property buying and selling.
• Communicate with property owners to understand their requirements.
• Virtually showcase apartments to prospective buyers and assist the Sales team in closing deals.
