As a Product Operations Associate (Founder’s Office), you’ll work directly with the COO, owning automation, internal tool development, and execution-heavy projects that make MyOperator faster and smarter.

You won’t just coordinate — you’ll ideate, design, test, and implement.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of internal product and automation projects from start to finish.
• Design and build simple systems, workflows, or tools using Zoho or other low-code platforms.
• Manage junior developers or interns, assigning clear technical tasks and ensuring delivery.
• Identify inefficiencies across business functions and create automation solutions.
• Collaborate directly with the COO to prioritize and deliver Founder’s Office initiatives.
• Test and validate solutions before rollout; track adoption and impact post-launch.
• Create documentation and training resources to make internal tools scalable.

Strong Lead Product Designer/ Sr product designer/ Product design manager Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 6+ years of hands-on Product Design experience with product companies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience leading a team or mentoring junior designers (not a pure people manager)

Mandatory (Design Craft): Strong design craft with deep expertise in UX, interaction design, design systems, prototyping, problem-solving, and user-centered workflows. Should be able to individually assess and elevate design quality.

Mandatory (Collaboration): Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams. Must have driven design-led projects, influenced product roadmap, and balanced short-term and long-term design priorities.

• 6+ years of experience in Java backend development with expertise in Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), system design, and design patterns.
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers or taking ownership of modules/projects.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Javascript fundamentals, Object-oriented programming, and Web concepts with 3-7 years of relevant experience in building web apps at scale.

• Experience or familiarity with React.js or Vue.s, and build tools like Webpack, Rollup, etc.

• Build website and frontend platform.
• Build monitoring graphs, services directory, ML model management UI. Make sure SEO and website performance are top-notch.

Technical Project Manager

Exp : 10 to 15 Years

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with US client teams to understand business requirements and project milestones. Provide technical suggestions and strategy in project planning.
• Prepare Project Plan and track the project progress of deliverables and Milestones. Report the status to higher management regularly.
• Monitor Budget and Timeline at regular Intervals and plan proactive steps to control them.
• Identifies opportunities for improving business prospects with the client.
• Help team in resolving technical and functional aspects across project life cycle.
• Planning and execution of training, mentoring, and coaching team members.
• Hold regular project reviews with internal & client stakeholders.
• Prepare organized and informative presentations whenever required.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues as and when it is imperative.

Required Skill

• At least 2 years’ experience in managing large technology engineering team or L2/L3 Technology Support team with an overall experience of at least 10 years in IT industry.
• Experience in BI Tools like MicroStrategy, OBIEE, Tableau or ETL Tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage, and SSIS.
• Experience in Datawarehouse and BI Reporting projects as developer or Lead or Architect
• Experience in generating reports on SLAs, KPIs, metrics and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience in attracting and hiring excellent talent Ability to mentor, and bring best out of the team. Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement.
