This Company is building the platform to drive Wealth Mangement .
They own and operate an online investing platform that distributes mutual funds in India. Its platform allows investors to buy and sell equity, debt, and tax saving mutual funds. It has its headquarters in Bengaluru in India.

Looking for Great Talent for Backend Developer with beloww skills.

• Excellent knowledge of at least one ecosystem based on Elixir/Phoenix, Ruby/Rails, Python/Django,
Go/Scala/Clojure
• Good OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge
• Familiar with datastores like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Redshift etc.
• Familiarity with react.js/react-native, vue.js etc. • Knowledge of deploying software to AWS, GCP, Azure
• Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration.

Ruby on rails by 3+ yr

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Experience working with ruby on rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec.
• Ability to write clean ruby code.

Job Description:
We are looking for 2 - 10 years experienced Ruby on Rails and VueJS developer responsible for building
applications, including anything from complex groups of back-end micro-services to command line utilities and
data processing scripts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to
coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to
collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and building quality products is essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement new modules and APIs for the BEAM Product
• Plan, build and launch features for our products
• Write unit, functional, and integration tests
• Estimate development tasks and meet deadline
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product design team members
• Scale our applications as our user base grows
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Ability to work & develop in Linux environment
• A solid understanding of Ruby
• 5+ years of web application engineering experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, Responsive Design, Caching
• 1+ years of experience with a front-end framework (Vue.js & GIT)
• Solid 2+ plus years of web dev experience building web UI/UX interactions.
• 5+ years of experience improving the performance of Ruby on Rails applications with Memcached &
background job processing frameworks (Sidekiq, Resque etc.)
• Hands on experience in deploying applications using AWS Infrastructure using Capistrano automated
deployment.

Backend Development at PoshVine:

We are building payment-linked real-time engagement tools embedded within banking and payment journeys. Our core engineering team strives to build solid backend foundations, infrastructure and a solid network of microservices. Apart from regular work, you can expect:

• Contribute to Product and Design ideas and implement them like it’s your own product. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Be involved in product and design decisions, and drive implementations. 
2. Help us scale the payment-linked loyalty infrastructure to every payment product used in India. Develop platform features for/with reusable code.
3. Work with IT/tech SPOCs from Banks and Fintechs to achieve seamless API integrations, resolve concerns, and move forward with program delivery and implementation. 
4. Tag team with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and work with banks to test out UAT/Production and create a rollout plan for the same. 
5. Perform in-depth research and identify sources off production issues surrounding the application. 
6. Make architectural decisions (microservices, choice of development frameworks and tools, database optimisations, load handling)
7. Proficient in Full stack development skills spanning the entire spectrum from:

1. Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL
2. Backend: Ruby on Rails
3. Front End: Web Development frameworks  (Angular / React / Vue JS)
4. Deployment: Capistrano, Chef, AWS, EC2, Git

You’ll be a good fit if you possess: 

1. A strong product design sense.
2. Good experience in working with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Python.
3. Proven ability to understand end user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solutions.

8. You are comfortable working on CI/CD toolchain, Kubernetes, etc.

• Hands-on with search platforms (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc).

Web Developer: Minimum 1 Year experience Good Problem solving ability and Excellent communication skills. Excellent understand of any language : Python, PHP, Ruby, Java (Good to know Functional or Statically typed language) You should understand concepts of Web very well, Web Services Frontend : Jquery, DOM, (Good to know AngulerJS, ReactJS or VueJS) Relational Database : MySQL (Good to know PostgreySQL ) NoSQL DB : MongoDB or any other.
