The Role 

We're building AI-powered products and tools for the UK market. We need a Technical Product Manager to own delivery - turning product decisions into shipped software. You'll coordinate developers, manage sprints, and keep everything on track while bringing enough technical depth to make smart trade-off decisions with the team. 

What You'll Do 

• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of AI product builds 

• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain project boards (JIRA or similar) 

• Coordinate with remote development teams across multiple workstreams 

• Break product requirements into user stories, tasks, and sprint plans 

• Track progress, flag risks early, and remove blockers 

• Ensure quality, timelines, and specs are met 

• Contribute technical insight to product feasibility and architecture discussions 

Must Have 

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience delivering AI/ML products 

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or AI Delivery Lead 

• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows (NLP, generative AI, LLMs) 

• Solid Agile/Scrum experience 

• Excellent English communication skills 

• Availability during UK working hours  

Nice to Have 

• Experience with agentic AI or AI tooling 

• Scrum Master or SAFe certification 

• Background in software development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, etc.].
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• 3 years Experience in Ruby on Rails
• Minimum 3 years in MongoDB / PostgreSQL
• Must be from Product based companies   

Skills: Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Express JS, HTML, CSS, .

Requirements:

• Should have experience on Node.js and frameworks available for it, such as Express or StrongLoop. Preferably Express.
• Should have experience in building Rich UI components with React.js.
•  Should have hands on experience on MongoDB.  
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks and workarounds.
• Knowledge of ES6, ES7 and Object-oriented and functional programming.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Should have experience in working on Linux (Ubuntu) Environment and basic linux commands.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good to have knowledge on Redis DB.
• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.
• Good to have exposure working in an agile development environment

You will be responsible for developing features on the application and integrations end to end. You will be working closely with the Technical Team to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.
• Work on the core backend and ensure it meets the performance benchmarks.
• API and Integrations.
• Designing and developing APIs for the front end to consume.
• Constantly improve the architecture of the application by clearing the technical backlog.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Work on the front end with ReactJS is a plus point.

1. Interfacing with the customer, tech team members, project managers and other relevant product people for a thorough understanding of the product, use case and business objective, detailed specification and data flow for the requirement, demonstration of the solution and clarification of queries at appropriate times during the life-cycle of the product
2. Preparing test cases, setting up CI/CD and integration with logging and monitoring systems for the products or platforms by the end of 6 months
3. Seeking customer feedback to continuously optimize the product for great customer experience and high technical performance in areas such as hardware efficiency, latency and throughput
4. Delivering a robust backend platform for the products and platforms by incorporating important considerations regarding minimal downtime, high availability, data redundancy, tight security, etc. into the design
