Role: Sales Intern

Location: On-site (Hyderabad)

Stipend: 20-25k per month 

Role overview: 

As a Sales Intern at ReelOnGo, you will support the sales and business development team in acquiring new clients, nurturing leads, and helping expand the brand’s footprint across Hyderabad (and potentially other cities). You will get hands-on experience in B2B/B2C sales cycles in a fast-paced startup environment, interact with clients across events, and contribute directly to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Research and identify potential clients (brands, event planners, corporates, influencers, etc.)

• Use online tools, social media, and local networks to build a pipeline of leads

• Cold outreach via calls, emails, DM, WhatsApp messages, etc.

• Client Engagement & Follow-ups

• Set up meetings or calls with interested leads

• Prepare sales pitches customized to the client’s event type or content needs

• Follow up with leads to move them down the funnel 

• Market & Competitor Research

• Monitor industry trends, pricing, competitor offerings in event content / media content space

• Provide feedback / suggestions to improve the sales pitch, offerings, packaging, or pricing

Be hands-on with describing business rules as technical artifacts for analysts, business product managers, and any functional team that depends on this information

Proficiency with full stack development preferably React, Java, springboot, python. Perform unit tests, resolve bugs and be responsible for the delivery of the project to production

Be comfortable looking at system logs when needed and identifying bugs when they might appear during course of analysis

Discuss technical implementation details with architects and other technical teams

Candidates will be responsible for value proposition definition, communications across technical, business and product functions, cost/benefit analysis, and executive presentations

Partner with business operations and analytics team to build right monitoring capabilities and metrics which helps monitor the health of the platform and facilitates data driven decision making

Define product requirements which involve writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets

Be the primary liaison between business units, business product managers, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets

Highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts across functions

Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with long-term vision in mind and can be launched globally with minimal tweaks

Work closely with senior leadership providing status, action plan and recommendations

Role and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in optimizing content for the mental health or healthcare sector is mandatory.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding practices is a plus.
