• The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
• Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to Company overall strategy. • Should start the process definitions, processes, templates, guidelines, and checklists from the scratch to align with the CMMi Level 5 Services Model version 2.0.
• Support for organizational process/workflow definitions

• Quality experience in Infra Services and Security services business
• Ability to understand business requirements and to design suitable process.
• Ability to identify gaps/improvement opportunities/risks in existing QMS.
• Knowledge of organizational data collection methods and analysis
