About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise UI/UX Designer who can blend design thinking with front-end development skills to deliver intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. In this role, you will transform user insights and design concepts into polished, interactive interfaces while championing user-centered practices supported by qualitative and quantitative research.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define, refine, and implement innovative user experiences.

· Convert wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into responsive and accessible front-end interfaces.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to optimize user flows and design decisions.

· Develop, document, and maintain UI component libraries and organization-wide design systems.

· Ensure fast, scalable, and cross-browser–compatible front-end performance.

· Maintain visual and functional design consistency across platforms and devices.

· Coordinate efficient design-to-development handoff with engineering teams.

· Support broader UX strategy, including information architecture and interaction design.

· Stay updated with emerging UI/UX tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).

· Expertise in Figma, with working familiarity in Sketch or Adobe XD for visual design and prototyping.worker3545design, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and cross-browser behavior.

· Experience working with RESTful APIs and Git-based version control workflows.

· Solid grasp of UX research techniques, user testing methods, and tools like UserTesting.

· Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline.

· 8+ years of relevant experience in UI development and UX design.

About the role

Having found exceptional product/market fit, we’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’, and looking for a full stack engineer to help us scale Plum.

You will have a direct impact on the customer experience through the design and implementation of new features and functionalities in our product. You'll work as part of a small but rapidly growing high-energy team delivering incredible, creative improvements to our product. You'll be in charge of reviewing the implementation of applications following code standards and style guides.

• Spec, build, test, and deliver new features while improving the performance and quality of the product.
• Run test-harness to guarantee the structure, integrity, and design of the application.
• Solve complex CSS, HTML, and User Interface compatibility issues across browsers.
• Optimize JavaScript implementations to ensure that code remains performant.
• Implement front-end development workflows: build systems, dependency management, quality checkers (linting), etc.
• Push things over the line, ship awesome features, and delight customers.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building web applications with Nodejs, React.
• Comfortable with Responsive Web Design and Development and weave out beautiful code in React.
• Strong product and design sensibilities and has an obsessive attention to detail.
• Write testable, maintainable code that's easy to understand.
• Understand complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Must have experience in generating leads for IT services like Mobile App, Software Development, Web Application ( For International Market )
• Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles for IT Industry.
• Good Knowledge of lead generation and market research through Linkedin and Email.
• Who can build the tie-ups with the IT companies from USA,UK and Europe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
• Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
• Provide support on marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with sales managers/representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels
• Working experience with staffing augmentation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a lead generation specialist with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales automation
• Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred
• Must have strong communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities

Office Timing : 12 PM to 9 PM

Minimum 5-7years of professional experience building web-applications
Strong experience in backend development
Strong experience in AI/Machine Learning development, Data Analysis/Processing
Experience in creating robust and secure REST APIs
Hands-on exposure to RDBMS like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB etc.
Proficiency with one or more programming languages from Java, Python, Node/JavaScript
Solid familiarity working with cloud and related technologies, AWS, GCP and Azure cloud environments
Ability to do very quick research in unknown technologies
Startup mindset, comfort with chaos and multi-tasking ability
Strong programming fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms
An eye for writing performance optimum code in any tool set
