Technical Architect (.Net)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Engineer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the backend systems that power our products. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs that are scalable and maintainable.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
• Model and manage data using SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), incorporating caching where needed.
• Implement and manage authentication, authorization, and data security practices.
• Write clean, well-documented, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy, monitor, and scale services effectively.
• Use tools like Docker (and optionally Kubernetes) for containerization and orchestration of backend services.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer deployments.
• Monitor and debug production issues, using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) for root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to improving development standards, and provide support to less experienced engineers.
• Work with event-driven or microservices-based architecture, and optionally use technologies like GraphQL, WebSockets, or message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ when suitable for the solution.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Ruby, etc.).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Solid experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including designing and optimizing data models.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and performance profiling practices in production environments.
• A good understanding of security best practices in backend systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities.

• Must have hands-on experience in web applications development, and open-source technologies stack (Node.JS, React JS, Gatsby, PHP, etc.).
• Resolution conflicts and understands the logical implementation to find optimal solutions.
• Experience in developing end-to-end solutions and backend architecture.
• Ability to apply advanced concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
• Advanced knowledge of back-end configuration and deployments.
• Advanced understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Advanced knowledge Git source code management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience required.

Responsibilities: 

As a backend developer you would be responsible for:   

• Executing full lifecycle software development
• Architect and conceptualise the solution from initiation to completion meeting client requirements 
• Work with customer and their integration partners to ensure the product is well integrated 
• Programming well-designed, testable and efficient code 
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions 
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering and ML team) to craft custom solutions 
• Ensure clients change requests are addressed effectively in a timely manner 

Requirements:  

• 2+ years of experience in architecture and developing high performance web applications
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Strong NoSQL and/or SQL database design and query writing skills with a commitment to performance and efficiency 
• Knowledge of RESTful API and SOAP Webservices paradigms 
• Experience with CRM/ERPs like systems SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, Servicenow, Workday, etc. would be a huge plus 
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment 
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

Duties and responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain simple to complex .net applications  
•  Deliver the quality code, on time  
•  Participate in agile development process to ensure project deliverables are met, on time and of high quality  
•  The quality and completeness of assignments, including initial design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and general product maintenance  
•  To understand specification document and perform coding as per the design and standards & guide lines which are defined by Immediate Lead/Manager  
• Doing impact analysis and resolving in-process problems independently, or with minor input from the senior engineering /technical lead Skills and Experience  

Skills  

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in .Net Framework, C#,ASP.Net,  
• In depth knowledge and experience with web development technologies including ASP.NET, Web API  
•  Have strong concepts of OOPS, Database(T-SQL) Programming
