Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Content Strategist with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. You will be in charge of creating and implementing a content strategy that is in line with our overarching marketing and business goals in your capacity as a content strategist. • Responsible for developing a sense of community amongst the Client creator base
• Ensure all Client creators are benefiting from the community
• Develop non-product solutions that will enable retention and increase customer satisfaction
• Develop partnerships that will help in creator retention
• Contribute to the development of our overall marketing and business strategies, and provide insights and recommendations based on your expertise in content marketing
Requirements:
• Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, community engagement, content marketing, content strategy, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field would be a plus
• Active and engaged participant in social media
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate the message effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

Business Intelligence Consultant – Qlik
Role
· Working through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with defined requirements
· Strategizing and ideating the solution design (create prototypes and/or wireframes) before beginning to create the application or solution.
· Creating load scripts and QVDs to support dashboards.
· Creating data models in Qlik Sense to support dashboards.
· Leading data discovery, assessment, analysis, modeling and mapping efforts for Qlik dashboards.
· Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Qlik
· Connecting to data sources ( MS SQL SERVER, ORACLE, SAP), importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
· Translating data into informative visuals and reports.
· Developing, publishing and scheduling reports as per the business requirements.
· Implementing application security layer models in Qlik
Skills Required

Qualifications

We are looking for a couple of awesome Product Support Engineers for our own software product Enpass password manager (www.enpass.io) which is being used by millions of end users worldwide and is available for iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux. It is a tech-oriented application, localized in 33 languages and has a vast and varied user-base, offering a wide scope of learning in every aspect of software testing and support.
This position requires well-rounded product support experience of 1 year. Further, it requires good command over specific OS internal settings, multitasking, mentoring, ability to assign and manage tasks for others and communication (written and oral) skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide first, second and third tier (L1, L2, L3) product support via email, Social media, and our Forums.

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues in using Enpass.

Monitoring application processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failures.

Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

Resolving all customer issues in a time bound manner. Comply with the SLA for issue resolution.
