Qualifications

• Technical Graduation or Post Graduation - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Relevant Experience - 3-6 years of experience in Learning and Development, focusing on program design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Learning and Development background - Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
