Role Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Research & Product Strategy Lead who can bridge the gap between women’s health, behavioral science, product thinking, data insights, and AI-driven personalization. This is not a traditional clinical role. We need someone who can help translate real women’s health problems into scalable digital product experiences.

You will work closely with tech, community, doctors, nutrition experts, and leadership to shape the future direction of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Research women’s health topics including PMS, menopause, PCOS, hormonal imbalance, sleep, stress, fatigue, emotional wellness, and preventive care.
• Study evidence-based interventions and wellness approaches.
• Convert clinical and research insights into practical app features and user journeys.
• Help define symptom tracking frameworks, wellness scoring systems, and personalization logic.
• Review and validate AI-generated recommendations and health guidance flows.
• Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, and product teams.
• Design behavior-change and habit-building frameworks.
• Participate in user research, surveys, and product discovery activities.
• Help define wellness outcome metrics, engagement metrics, and retention indicators.
• Support long-term health intelligence and predictive wellness initiatives.
