Job Summary

The BPO & Voice Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for voice-based customer service, technical support, and other BPO roles. Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.

Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for voice and customer support roles.

Develop creative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates.

2. Screening & Assessment

Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate communication skills, voice clarity, customer-handling ability, and job fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.

Administer communication assessments, voice tests, and language proficiency evaluations.

3. Recruitment Coordination

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.

Communicate hiring status and feedback to candidates promptly.

4. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with operations, training, and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.

Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Participate in weekly recruitment meetings and calibration sessions.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to hiring policies, organizational standards, and compliance guidelines.

Collect, verify, and main

We are looking for skilled Senior Full-Stack developers who can architect and develop large-scale enterprise applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for API's.

Responsibilities :

●      Review application requirements and interface designs.

●      Identifying web-based user interactions.

●      Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.

●      Writing application interface codes using Javascript following React.js workflows.

●      Understand proposed features and quickly design and build scalable API and SQL schema & queries.

●      Proactively analyze website performance and implement solutions for improvement.

Requirements :

●      Proven work experience as MERN developer (5+yrs)

●      3+ years of experience building complex web applications.

●      Solid work experience using component-based development on the client-side.

●      3+ years of experience coding robust and secure Rest API's in Node.js, JSON, XML.

●      Experience coding in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

●      Experience in integrating systems using Rest APIs and single sign-on.

●      Experience with continuous integration / continuous deployment using AWS CodePipeline and CloudFormation templates.

●      Experience with AWS infrastructure (API Gateway, S3, Lambda, Aurora, EC2).

●      Experience with Google Analytics integration.

●      Deep knowledge to create standards-compliant, cross-browser, mobile compatible front-end code with responsive design.

●      Deep knowledge of server-side and front-end performance optimization.

●      Strong design skills are a huge plus.

●      Should be a self-starter who is excited to solve many technical challenges relentlessly.

●      Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time, mid-level role. In this role, you would be developing state-of-the-art mobile applications for our EV charging venture, Rebolt Network.

We are looking for candidates with extremely strong programming skills and rich experience in React Native. A typical day at work would start with discussions with product managers about requirements. The candidate is expected to understand these requirements, use his/her logical reasoning to determine the gaps in the requirements discussed, determine the fastest approach to deliver the output, and implement the solution in a timely manner – all this while maintaining the quality of the output with at least 90-95% completeness and accuracy. You are responsible for the software that you develop and hence, unit/system testing is part of your job.

Candidate Profile:

Our requirement is extremely specific, and we are very particular about the candidate we are looking for. The selected candidate would be a street-smart individual with a focus on the completion of tasks at hand. We are NOT looking for candidates who require hand-holding at every stage. The candidate is expected to be enterprising enough to read between the lines (of the requirements) and deliver them in a ‘deployable’ state. We do not have the liberty to document every requirement and provide the same to the developers. Hence, as mentioned above, the requirements would be provided swiftly and only through conversations.

• Ability to manage a hosting environment along with database administration such as MySQL, Oracle.
• Excellent knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP) and Web services.
• Capable of scaling applications to handle the load changes.
• Knowledge of version control, such as GIT.
• Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance.

Key Skills

• Must have experience building apps using fluter, good knowledge on dart. Preferably built and deployed couple of apps both on iOS and Android
• Good knowledge in integrating or developing app functions using firebase
• Must have ported at least 2 applications on iOS and Android platforms. Exposure to the entire build piepline is a must.
• Has good knowledge on how native android and iOS apps work. Must have experience building iOS native apps
• Has an understanding on Computer vision and basic deep learning concepts. Any prototypes of proof of concepts are a big plus.
