Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead Miror’s visual storytelling across social media, performance marketing, product, and brand channels.

This role blends strong design aesthetics, hands-on video editing expertise, and brand ownership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2C startup environment and wants to build a meaningful healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Branding

·        Create high-impact graphics for social media, digital ads, website, app, and brand campaigns.

·        Ensure strong brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.

·        Design marketing collateral, pitch decks, and campaign creatives.

Video Creation & Editing

·        Conceptualize, edit, and deliver Reels, Shorts, ad films, explainers, and product launch videos.

·        Optimize video content for performance marketing and social engagement.

·        Collaborate with content and marketing teams on storyboarding and creative direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·        Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and launches.

·        Support basic UI/UX visuals and design systems (Figma knowledge preferred).

·        Contribute creative ideas that strengthen brand storytelling and user engagement.

Candidate Profile

·        10+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

·        Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

·        Excellent typography, layout, color sense, and visual storytelling skills.

·        Experience in B2C / consumer brands preferred.

·        Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.

·        High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and execution speed.

·        Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend Engineer (Next.js / React / TypeScript)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, modern web applications, with strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS for styling and proficiency in integrating with MongoDB backends and AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI). You will work closely with backend engineers and AI specialists to build seamless user interfaces that power cutting-edge AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain frontend features using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Implement responsive and scalable UI components with Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate with backend APIs built on MongoDB and other data sources.
• Work with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) to deliver intelligent, context-aware features.
• Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to ensure efficient data flow and optimal performance.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code with strong attention to detail.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and product design discussions.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern component-based UI development.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) in Next.js.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
• Exposure to vector databases or AI-driven UI personalization.
• Prior experience working in a SaaS or data-heavy application environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP PP, QM, and Variant Configuration.

Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules, including master data, process orders, quality inspections, notifications, and control plans.

Design and implement Variant Configuration models (using Class, Characteristics, Object Dependencies, and Super BOMs/Routings).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end production and quality processes.

Provide ongoing support and continuous improvements for SAP PP/QM and VC functionality.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules.

Proven experience in SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC).

Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

SKILLS REQUIRED

● Strong understanding of insurance and personal finance

● Experience working with either content or training in an insurance company

● Experience in creating eLearning modules

● Hands-on experience in analyzing customer needs and creating content and solutions based on the same

● Software Proficiency on Articulate 360, (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio), Camtasia, Captivate is an add on

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel )

● Ability to write content that is clear, concise, and grammatically correct

● Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines

● A basic understanding of spoken Hindi would be helpful
