UI/UX Designer

Lumiq is an end-to-end data company. We work with enterprises of various industries like financial, utility and publishing. We create Data Products and Solutions for solving their various business use cases related to AI/ML and Big Data Analytics. We are hiring a talented UX Designer who can help us by focusing on the design and experience of using our products.

• 4-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design

• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and others

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for customers

• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages

• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies

• Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers 

• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently

• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome

• Experience creating storyboards and product mapping

• Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences

• Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to customers and senior management

• Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed

• Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork

•  Good to have Fintech domain design ,Power Point ,Figma, Marvel, Draw.io tools 

• In Depth clarity of color theory , color domain psychology

Requirements

 

• Candidate should have knowledge of HTML, HTML-5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery
• Command over tools like Dream weaver, Photoshop, Responsive, Flash, Bootstrap etc.

• Experience in cross browser development(Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari etc.) and Web usability and interface design knowledge

• Design graphics, PSD, CDR, for Mobile and webUI

• Should be able to translate creative directions and discussions into leading on-demand application designs and layout. 
• Candidate must be an Imaginative, Innovative, Creative & a Fresh thinker.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on building the design on Webflow or WordPress using builders, like Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer, Beaver, Oxygen, Brizy, WPBakery, etc.

2. Working on designing the landing page and building it on WordPress or Webflow

Responsibilities Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Take smart risks and champion new ideas. Requirements 1+ years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns. Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design. Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
