Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow new business for our agency. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital, branding, and marketing services, can sell them confidently, and enjoys building long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts across multiple marketing verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business across services including Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, PR, Branding, Video Production, Website Development, and Integrated Digital Campaigns.
- Identify, research, and pursue potential clients through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and budgets, and propose relevant marketing solutions.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, pitches, and commercial plans tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to translate client requirements into clear briefs and campaign strategies.
- Ensure smooth handover and alignment during project initiation to support long-term client retention.
- Track performance, follow up consistently, and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in selling digital marketing, branding, or creative services within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing, SEO, content formats, and digital ecosystems.
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value service-led deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.

What is the role?
