Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Business Analyst. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, configuring Salesforce features with administrators, and supporting integrations with other enterprise systems. The role involves creating user stories, functional specifications, and documentation, as well as coordinating testing, training, and user adoption activities. The Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user management, and security settings.
• Demonstrated Business Analysis experience with business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, data, and system performance to recommend improvements.
• Experience with Business Process mapping, optimization, and translating workflows into Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, standard objects, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Reports and Dashboards).

We're looking for a Senior Zoho Developer to help us accelerate the development, customization, and optimization of our internal business systems.

This isn't a traditional Zoho Administrator role. We're looking for someone who can understand a business challenge, architect a solution, and independently bring it to life.

You'll play a key role in building scalable systems, automating complex workflows, and improving how our teams operate across Finance, Accounting, Talent Management, and Operations.

We're also looking for someone who embraces AI-assisted development, using modern tools to accelerate delivery, solve complex problems, and build smarter solutions without compromising quality or security.

This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor engagement with a full-time scope of work, rather than a project-based freelance assignment. You'll work closely with our North American team and take ongoing ownership of technical development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced solutions across the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.
• Independently architect and deliver complex technical solutions, from understanding business requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and external platforms using APIs, webhooks, and other integration technologies.
• Develop automations and workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Troubleshoot existing applications, identify root causes, and implement reliable, long-term solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies to accelerate development and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical, scalable technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Zoho development.
• Advanced expertise across the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and workflow automation.
• Proven experience independently architecting, developing, and delivering complex Zoho solutions in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies in real development workflows.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including solution architecture, code quality, security, testing, and maintainability.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and take ownership of projects from beginning to end.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a North American team, including some working-hour overlap with Montreal, Canada (Eastern Time).
