Job Title: QA Manual Engineer

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA (Quality Assurance) professional to join our team in Indore. As an Automation QA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to identify areas for automation and implement efficient testing strategies.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.     Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other automation tools.

2.     Execute automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability across different platforms and environments.

3.     Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, identify test scenarios, and develop comprehensive test plans.

4.     Collaborate with developers to ensure that test cases are integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

5.     Analyze test results and report defects in a clear and concise manner, providing detailed information to facilitate debugging and resolution.

6.     Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide QA input and feedback.

7.     Continuously research and evaluate new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

8.     Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in automation testing, preferably in a software development environment.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting outbound prospecting to generate leads across multiple channels – Call, Email, LinkedIn.
2. Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
3. Gathering account and contact intelligence through secondary research on prospects and apprising relevant insights with the Sales Team.
4. Setting appointments with prospects for senior members of the sales team.
5. Understanding prospect pain points and find solutions with sales and pre-sales representatives.
6. Using data chops to segment the accounts and contacts.
7. Building and nurturing relationships with Procurement, Finance and Innovation leaders.

Required skills and experience:

1. 3+ years of Business Development / Sales Dev / Inside Sales / Pre-Sales experience in an enterprise tech/enterprise SaaS company
2. Prospecting Skills: Identifying potential leads and companies. Preferably an experience in personalized cold outreach for enterprise companies in the US/EMEA
3. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating the value proposition. Engaging with prospects at C-Suite level
4. Research Abilities: Researching and understanding target industries. Gathering information on potential clients. Qualitative research info based on playbook, Annual Report etc.
5. CRM Proficiency: Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Logging and tracking interactions with prospects.

2. Research

Conduct in-depth research on sustainability trends, environmental issues, climate policies, and cruelty-free practices.

Use credible sources to generate original content ideas and support

data-driven storytelling.

3. ORM Management

Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) for platforms like LinkedIn and others.

Monitor mentions, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a strong, positive digital presence.

4. SEO Optimization

Implement basic SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and

organic reach.

Optimize content using keywords, metadata, and SEO best practices.

5. Collaboration & Campaign Development

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm content

ideas and develop campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Contribute to strategy discussions and adapt content to campaign objectives.

6. Social Media Support

Assist in managing social media platforms by ideating and creating engaging content.

Support community engagement through comments, interactions, and

periodic updates.

7. Feedback Incorporation

Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to improve writing style and meet project requirements.

8. AI-Savvy Content Development
