Frontend Developer

Qualifications:

Primary Skill Set:

5+ years for experience in developing highly scalable, reliable, secure web applications
Experience with React.js, Node.js, Redux, flux, Javascript (preferably TypeScript).
Atleast 1 years of experience in product or SaaS development.
Excellent Team management, communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong CS fundamentals like data structures and especially the asynchronous challenges that are faced by JavaScript developers regularily.


Preferable Skillset:

One year of experience using AWS services, such as Lambda, SES, SQS, EC2, RDS, ELB’s and have knowledge of VPC’s (AWS and/or RightScale knowledge a plus.
Proficient with the Webpack,Jest, Eslint, Jenkins, Docker, Enzyme.
Experience designing data persistence and caching concepts using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.) and client side storage
Profile and improve frontend performance

1) Understand client requirements and functionalities. 

2) Write well-designed, testable, efficient code. 

3) Responsible for solving complex technical issues. 

4) Ensure quality projects are delivered within defined timelines. 

5) Active involvement in client communication to understand functional requirements.

Required Skills 

1) Good experience in Angular Latest Versions 

• 3-5 years of experience developing and implementing software applications.
• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.
• Knowledge in e-Commerce domain will be a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with REST API's 
• In-depth understanding of Javascript, the DOM, and relevant concepts.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. 
• Experience with user interface design.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Github.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

- BE/BTech degree in CS/IT with more than 7 CGPA or similar.

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Frontend Web UI engineer or similar role.

- Must have good understanding of Data Structures/Algorithms/Databases and other CS concepts.

- Should be able to design/implement/deploy end-to-end systems.

- Good/Hands on experience with Angular 8+ and scripting programming languages like JavaScript/Typescript.

- Good/Hands on experience with HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Angular Material or any other UI libraries

- Good/Hands on experience in writing the unit tests.

- Must have worked designing the Angular Modules based on the UI/UX provided with RxJs, NgRx, Websockets etc.

- Should be inquisitive enough to pick and work on multiple programming languages and frameworks based on specific cases.

- Having worked in at least one of the cloud computing services like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a plus.

- Good Knowledge on Dockers/Kubernetes is a plus.

- Having basic understanding of (or having worked in) server-side web frameworks like NodeJS, Flask, Django is a plus.

• Good JavaScript experience including asynchronous programming, pec closures, types, and ES6
• Demonstrable experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
• HTML 5 and CSS 3 as part of theming real-world projects
• Understanding of pre-processed CSS platforms such as Sass or Less.
• Proficiency in UI Prototyping Tools like Invision, Sketch, Adobe Experience Design etc.
• Good knowledge of responsive web design and experience with Git or other source control systems
• Knowledgeable and experienced with micro-service architecture
• Strong ability to debug code

Your Responsibilities

• You will be a rockstar front end engineer bringing to life designs and solutions created in collaboration with designers and product managers. You will be responsible for converting the requirements to fast, optimised, usable interfaces, loved by our users.

Desired background & skills

• 3-9 years of experience as an engineer at top tier digital product companies across consumer or SMB. 
• 3+ years of experience in working on front end JS frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
• Excellent knowledge of working with responsive and adaptive designs. Expert in HTML5, JAVAScript, JQuery & CSS. Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Experience of design collaboration tools such as Zeplin, Figma, XD, Invision. 
• Bonus if either you’re a full stack developer with knowledge of the back end or have experience with cross-platform mobile technologies such as React Native or Flutter.
• You have strong problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
