We're looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to work on our cutting edge online investment platform which has recently gone live. What will you be doing? Although it is a frontend position there is still some variation to the position. Job Description: As a Front End Developer at Visitrust, you work with designers and back-end developers to understand the requirement, brainstorm on interactions, then design and develop your front-end application which consumes REST APIs. You are responsible for web application's front-end from the requirement stage to deployment onto the production web farm. Your focus will be on: * Conversion of pixel perfect designs to UI in HTML and CSS * Writing scalable code using single page application frameworks * Performance Optimizations of the web-app * Cross browser support Desired Skills: * Pro in HTML, CSS, LESS/SASS, etc * 2+ year of development experience with front-end frameworks like AngularJS, Backbone, EmberJS, ReactJS, etc * Expertise in Javascript and jQuery. * Strong follower of Software Engineering Principles. * Familiarity with web standards and information architecture. * You have the attitude to get sh*t done.
