We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development IT Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, do cold calls, send cold emails, and focus on revenue generation for both domestic and international market.

• Candidate must be able to manage existing clients and act as point of contact for any queries or concerns.

• Candidate must be able to understand our services well and be able to explain the same to potential clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities.

• Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.

• Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

• Also having experience and knowledge of selling IT Product and Services like Mobile Applications, Websites, Software, Digital Marketing services ETC.

• Cold calling, lead generation and market research, log lead generation, scheduling meeting

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through strategic negotiation and relationship-building.

• Strong communication and IT fluency

• Must be from technical background or have prior experience with IT industry

Requirement and Skills:

About the role

The Marketing team is responsible for driving Dabba's growth and brand affinity. The Marketing team works cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, product, ops, customer success, and design teams.

We are looking for someone to start and lead our editorial team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help build out the new function, establish our editorial and content strategy across all of our owned platforms, and help drive new business and the adoption of Dabba's products and services. You will work closely with Dabba's founders and cross-functional leadership teams.

You will have an impact by

Developing Dabba's editorial strategy to increase awareness and trust

Creating and maintaining editorial calendars that align with the rest of the business’s priorities, including demand generation campaigns, product launches, and SEO

Owning and maintaining Dabba's blog, resources and guides, working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop relevant and timely content

Writing, reviewing, and editing short and long-form content, including website copy, white papers, and blogs

Collaborating with our subject matter experts (product, engineering, operations teams) to develop helpful and impactful written pieces for our target audiences

Creating and driving our SEO strategy to increase top-of-funnel awareness

Define, document, and maintain our style guides and editorial guidelines
