Responsibilities

• Be hands-on: ship clean, efficient, and scalable code quickly
• Plan, design, lead, execute, and deploy technical solutions
• Drive architectural and design decisions
• Create and maintain high- and low-level architecture documentation
• Improve and maintain existing systems; manage technical debt
• Mentor and coach other developers across technologies and practices
• Promote and uphold engineering best practices like planning, estimation, documentation, and code reviews

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Play
• Hands on experience in SQL and NoSQL databases: Postgres, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis
• Strong DevOps exposure and experience with related tools
• Proven experience leading a team of 4–5 engineers
• In-depth understanding of Architectural Design Patterns

• Detailed analysis of weekly viewership data of the Genre/channel/region. Updation of all weekly presentations with accurate analysis.

•  Understanding the pulse of the viewing behavior of the channel/genre/Total TV and having thorough knowledge of TV trends on account of TV/ non TV factors
•  Have detailed in-depth knowledge of every change on the channel (Programming, Storyline or Anchor)
•  Addressing client queries with detailed insights and requirements of communication team and other internal stakeholders
•  Continuous process standardization and improvement
•  Handling various project over and above the above deliveries.

Work with Business Analyst/end users to understand business requirements

2. Develop Prototype, Design documents.

3. Develop code in Java spring framework and Angular to meet requirements.

4. Involve in Testing cycle and track until the Production migration.

5. Follow Quality procedures and develop documents as per SDLC methodology.

6. Receiving support calls from MES Users and generation of tickets (manually or through system)

7. Resolution of the calls

8. Routing unresolved and higher level (L2 & L3) calls to central MES teams

9. Keeping track of SLAs

10. Maintaining ticket resolution track and Resolves change request also assigned time to time.

Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include understanding the needs, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working with our software development teams to design, develop and deliver new features.

• 3-5 years of experience in building web applications and product development using Python
  ● Experience in Python Backend development, microservice API development using Flask and/or Django
  ● Experience in SQL and No SQL databases
  ● Experience in AWS cloud services
  ● Working knowledge in Unit testing with pytest, Git (versioning, branching, etc..), CI-CD
