Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-out projects involving glass partitions, storefronts, modular installations, and digital door locks. The ideal candidate should have a background in construction/interior project management and strong on-site execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from start to finish
• Supervise on-site execution including installation of glass partitions, modular units, and storefronts
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Manage project timelines, materials, budget, and manpower
• Prepare progress reports and ensure quality and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial interiors / construction projects
• Experience in glass partitions, modular furniture, or storefront systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and safety regulations
• Proven team management and vendor coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field
• Willing to travel to sites as needed

Job Responsibilities :

Develop a monitoring system and oversight tool to ensure the tracking of the software's data is standardized

Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members ensures work is completed and consistent with company standards

Client handling. Provide assistance to vendors/clients as and when required

Generate and maintain a record of purchase/sales bills and vouchers, including advance vouchers

Coordinate with different departments, Accounts and Logistics for daily operations
