We are looking for a person who has an understanding of PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling and a good knowledge on GDS. This dynamic position requires a blend of customer service excellence and revenue generation acumen.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including PNR Creation, Issuance, Re-issuance, refunds and cancellation.
● Execute changes, rescheduling and modification as per customer requirements.
● Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone.
● Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
● Research and compare fares to secure the best possible pricing for corporate clients,
considering negotiated rates and preferred airlines.
● Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolving
issues, and offering proactive solutions.
● Effectively communicate with clients, airlines, and other travel partners.
Requirements:
● Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre.
● Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations.
● Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.
● Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats.
● Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:
· Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.
· Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
· Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities.
· Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.
· Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
· Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
· Arranging travel accommodations for business visitors.
· Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies.
· Preparing travel budget reports.
· Analysing and preparing reports on travel spend.
Requirements:
· A bachelor's degree in tourism, travel or hospitality is required for corporate travel managers.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry.
· Certification in travel or hospitality may be advantageous.
· Knowledge of travel management processes.
· The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
· A basic understanding of Geography.
· Strong computer skills.
