• 9+ years’ experience as data engineer.
• Must have 4+ Years in implementing data engineering solutions with Databricks.
• This is hands on role building data pipelines using Databricks. Hands-on technical experience with Apache Spark.
• Must have deep expertise in one of the programming languages for data processes (Python, Scala). Experience with Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive and/or Spark to write data pipelines and data processing layers
• Must have worked with relational databases like Snowflake. Good SQL experience for writing complex SQL transformation.
• Performance Tuning of Spark SQL running on S3/Data Lake/Delta Lake/ storage and Strong Knowledge on Databricks and Cluster Configurations.
• Hands on architectural experience
• Nice to have Databricks administration including security and infrastructure features of Databricks.

• You have experience with two or more development languages preferably Java or Python and React, etc 
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
• Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

• Exposure to deck.gl is “Good to Have”.

• Partnering with Customer Success team to establish relationships with current account contacts, ensuring smooth transition of closed deals
• Confidently networking within customer accounts to identify opportunities and navigating throughout the organization
• Qualifying leads, converting to opportunities and closing deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over overall account activity
• Presenting demo software platform to various industries and executives
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs
• Leveraging internal resources to help accelerate sales process or mitigate risk

• At least 4-10 years of inside sales experience, particularly for a SaaS product selling in India market

• Work directly with enterprise customers to replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
• Build out a growing technical team distributed across the Asia-Pacific region with core support process and skills

• Improve the serviceability of the product by testing new features and developing tools to scale our deployments and auto-support infrastructure
• Define and inspire changes to our product with our development engineering team based on feedback from customers and partner implementations
• Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
• Provide support on weekdays and also off-hours on an as-needed and scheduled rotational basis

• Professional experience troubleshooting at least five of the following: Linux Sysadmin experience, Kubernetes, ansible, Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL, Cassandra, Database Administration, management of distributed systems, network troubleshooting including tcpdump, query performance, performance troubleshooting with tools like perf and strace
• Well recommended candidates will have experience scripting and writing code in Python, Bash, and Java, or have some full-stack web development experience.
• 12+ years in a technical support role required
• Prior experience as a technical lead preferred
