As our Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
● Securing annual subscription renewals and upsell opportunities
● Driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for assigned book of
accounts
● Monitoring and reporting on the health and risk of assigned accounts ●
Managing approximately 150-200 accounts at a time
● Analyzing customer performance data and making recommendations to ensure
revenue growth
● Providing thoughtful, empathetic, and personalized email communication postimplementation
● Supporting our internal Customer Success team by fulfilling partner requests in a timely
manner
● Assisting partners in solving technical and strategy related issues ● Providing best
practices and proactive outreach to partners to ensure they are on their journey to

Responsibilities
Provisioning and de-provisioning AWS accounts for internal customers
Work alongside systems and development teams to support the transition and operation of client websites/applications in and out of AWS.
Deploying, managing, and operating AWS environments
Identifying appropriate use of AWS operational best practices
Estimating AWS costs and identifying operational cost control mechanisms
Keep technical documentation up to date
Proactively keep up to date on AWS services and developments
Create (where appropriate) automation, in order to streamline provisioning and de-provisioning processes
Lead certain data/service migration projects
Job Requirements
Experience provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS
Experience with Azure/AWS.

Tentative Roles and Responsibilities -
- Understanding the data requirements of each desk
- Gathering elementary level Master data by visiting each of the 15 desks
- Assess the data points of information flow in Supply Chain Management Application and mapping it with the data points of the integrated financial management system
- Assess the gathered data for optimizing the information flow in the department
- Assess the integration points and workflows of Financial Institute with other entities
- Preparation of report formats for each desk
- Review and monitor the development of key financial modules for claim settlement, reimbursements, proforma accounts, budgeting and expenditure, accounts and bookkeeping, purchase management and infrastructure and administration
- Ensuring implementation of Accounting Management related Services and coordination with appointed CA firm for its completion
- Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to appraise issues at their end, which may lead to delay in the project, suggest solutions to remove the bottlenecks
- Support in reviewing, monitoring, and management of performance and conformance to the vendor's SLA
