About the Role:

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Shadow managers and team leaders to observe decision-making and leadership strategies.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on strategic initiatives.
• Project Management:
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver results within set timelines.

• Performance Analysis:

Qualifications and Skills:
