Founding Engineer:

As a Founding Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching our product to customers. Specifically,

• Since our team is lean and we plan to keep it that way - you’ll be one of the first five engineers in leading the zero-to-one journey of a product our customers are hungry for
• Lead technical design and implementation of the frontend and backend of the product with coaching and mentorship from world-class technical architects
• Have knowledge of (or learn) how to work with Shopify’s CLI
• Iterate quickly to create delightful user experiences, working closely with customers/ design partners
• Help us hire a world-class engineering team in the months ahead
• Our team is currently fully remote (with offices to be opened in Bangalore and Mumbai over next few months) and cross-border across San Francisco, Boston, and India - help us cultivate a remote-first, inclusive, diverse, and friendly culture
• Work directly with the founders with an ownership mindset

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience working with backend tech stacks (e.g. Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel)
• Experience with service service-oriented architecture, writing REST APIs, unit testing, and architectural design
• Understanding of modern web stacks and architecture (HTTP, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and other technologies (e.g. Mysql, Redis, Kafka)
• Prior experience working with frontend tech stacks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Prior experience working with frontend UI frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)

Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Support the design and implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.

·      Need to conduct talent mapping aligned with the MHFA action plan.

·      Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications).

·      Analyse performance data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

·      Provide guidance and support to the team on skill development, competencies and to assess skill gap

·      Develop and work with new staff on Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals

·      To Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

·      To keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant details for all positions.

·      Conduct and Coordinate the interview process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.

·      To Monitor progress of tasks and key HR metrics.

·      Develop individual career maps for each staff member, working closely with them to coach and support their development.

·      Provide regular updates to management on the team's progress with their tasks and tie management performance accordingly.

·      Work on building HR systems and in charge of the automation of HR activities, processes and information.

·      Thorough understanding of the HRMS portal.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with proven ability to manage a set of processes and to manage teams.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·       Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Who You Are:

As an Advisor your sole responsibility is positioning yourself as the subject matter expert on software business growth through the effective use of technology. The Advisor utilizes their expertise in business process/change management and software technologies by implementing software best practices and ensuring adoption and success with HighLevel software. Requirements:

• Listen and fully understand customer requirements and ‘pain points’ and translate customer requirements into implementation plans.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute implementation/upgrade/conversion project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery.
• Design, create and manage applications, and software integration/migration deployments.
• Implementation services are delivered within scope or manage any changes in project scope, plans.
• Identify potential issues and collaborate with leadership when needed, to develop contingency
• Working with other departments and personnel to ensure information on customer needs are communicated.
• Follow up relentlessly with lagging or non-engaging accounts to ensure they implement HighLevel successfully in their business.
• Assist in Educational webinars, workshops, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of two years of Customer success/software implementation/consulting experience or technical support.
• 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or other similar vertical solutions.
• Strong skills, tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive customer issues, with exceptional follow-through ability and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of internal systems preferred (HighLevel, Freshdesk, etc.).
• Strong understanding and proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings.
• 2+ years of customer consulting work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing experience is a plus!
