Sr. Executive - Media / Ad Operations

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate and execute end-to-end learning programs: onboarding, technical training, soft skills, leadership development, and functional skill-building initiatives.

•Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person).

•Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses, enrollments, and feedback are properly recorded and maintained.

•Support learning need analysis by gathering insights from managers, performance reviews, and employee feedback.

•Track learning participation, completion rates, and training effectiveness metrics and share regular reports with leadership.

•Assist in content curation, microlearning programs, and digital learning initiatives using innovative tools and AI-driven platforms.

•Support the development of career paths, competency frameworks, and personalized learning journeys for employees.

•Promote a strong learning culture through communication campaigns, gamification, and employee engagement activities related to development.

•Maintain updated documentation, feedback analysis, and impact assessments for all L&D programs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

•1–5 years of experience in Learning and Development / HRD roles in fast-paced environments

•Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms, training coordination, and learning operations

•Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

•Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities

•High attention to detail and ability to analyze learning data and generate insights

•Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in learning methodologies

•Tech-savvy with knowledge of Zoho People (preferred), LMS tools, and AI-driven learning tools

•Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment

Golang Developer

Location: Chennai/ Hyderabad/Pune/Noida/Bangalore

Experience: 4+ years

Notice Period: Immediate/ 15 days

Job Description:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience working with Golang.
• Strong Cloud experience is required for day-to-day work.
• Experience with the Go programming language is necessary.
• Good communication skills are a plus.
• Skills- Aws, Gcp, Azure, Golang

• You have experience with two or more development languages preferably Java or Python and React, etc 
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
• Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

What you will do?

• Deliver plugins for our python based ETL pipelines.
• Deliver python services for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Design, Develop, Unit Test, and Support code in production.
• Deal with challenges associated with large volumes of data.
• Manage expectations with internal stakeholders and context switch between multiple deliverables as priorities change.
• Thrive in an environment that uses AWS and Elasticsearch extensively.
• Keep abreast of technology and contribute to the evolution of the product.
• Champion best practices and provide mentorship.

Job Description :

- Good knowledge in C#

- Must have hands-on knowledge in ASP.NET MVC

- Must have worked on projects using AngluarJS or other versions in Angular

- Create a database using SQL Server preferably MS-SQL

- Development of software for US clients

- Good communication skills are must

- Must have good academic scores

Location Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary - 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 p.a.

Qualifications :

- 2-5 years of C#,MVC, angularjs development experience

- Experience in SQL Server

- Prior experience building customer-facing sites is strongly preferred

• Having experience in Hospitality/Travel/Internet/Online/Start-up/IT/Logistic/Courier/Cargo/ Transportation would be preferable.
