🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – HR Operations to own HR Ops end-to-end (excluding Talent Acquisition). This role enables leadership to focus on growth by running HR systems, processes, and compliance smoothly at scale.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR Operations
• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding → payroll → exits
• Handle payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination
• Own HR tech stack (Zoho People, Payroll, Sign, workflows)
• Manage HR data, audits, and reporting
• Lead a small HR Ops team and act as the ops SPOC

⚙️ What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years in HR Operations (startup / SaaS preferred)
• Hands-on with payroll, compliance, audits
• Strong experience running HR ops independently
• Tech-savvy; Zoho experience is a plus

Candidate must be AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and implementation of software development

3. Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in AWS environments

4. Proficient in infrastructure design, including high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.

5. Experience in designing and implementing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud solutions.

6. Hands-on experience with IaC tools, scripting languages, and automation.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong knowledge Drupal8.Must be Acquia certified developer

Hands-on experience in Acquia solutions like Acquia Lift and Acquia Site

Factory.Good knowledge on OOPS

Collaboration between Development team and UX team for the layout and UI

designs.Collaboration between Development team and Testing-QA team.

Provide inputs on development efforts.Perform RCA for defects found during

QA and UAT

Analyzes the requirements and seek clarifications before developing the

projects.Ensures that the project is developed and delivered on time with

About Company

Roles and Responsibilities

● Independently lead centers for enabling at least 20% of youth from the nearby

communities to be formal jobs/self-employed

● Develop and maintain a conducive environment at the center that enables learning and a feeling of safe space for youth

● Implement the foundation program such that the youth builds ‘agency’ and over time does not need to depend on the Lighthouse Source

● Manage a team of 3-5 and handhold them for timely deliverables and high-quality

outcomes for all of the stages of the program - Community Outreach to Alumni

● Interfacing with ward–level networks

Requirements

● MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 8+ years of experience preferably in both social

and corporate sectors.

● Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills

● Strong people management, project management, and data analytics skill

● Strong orientation towards relationship-building and problem-solving

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language

● Proven ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and

productivity
