Role - Account Director (Client Servicing)
This mid-management business ops role is a combination of revenue operations and account targets, marketing analytics, client engagement and solutioning. This is an opportunity to combine your operational and tactical problem-solving skills, creativity, relentless execution mindset, process orientation, decision making and leadership to drive non-linear business growth across new and existing customers.

Responsibilities -
1. Active participation in sales pitches, media & strategy planning.
2. Management of paid media execution, in line with target yields and spendclevels
3. Collaborate with Sales leaders to develop an optimal lead contact and
conversion strategy for the sales team, with alignment on sales contact
strategy
4. Make engaging presentations and run business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with multiple levels of stakeholders internally and externally. Setting expectations both internally and externally
5. Managing a team of campaign managers / media planners / account
managers to train them on 360-degree growth into campaign management & account management.
6. Tracking regular key performance metrics. Proactive risk management.
Suggesting course correction to internal teams.
7. Up Sell & grow, Cross Sell campaigns with a brand’s strategic approach towards performance. 8.Competitor Analysis – Reporting and strategizing steps for the advertisers.
Competencies –
1.Bachelor's or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline with 7+ years of relevant experience.
2.Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and technologies - Adwords,
Facebook, Linkedin & affiliates.
3.Prior experience in managing teams of 5+ and handling clients across different industries

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with BD and CS team to understand their event goals, themes, and requirements.
Develop detailed plans, timelines, checklists and production schedules.

Logistics Management

Conduct thorough research on individual schools, understand their admission processes, pain points, and requirements, and tailor admission sales pitches and product offerings accordingly.
Engage with school administrators, principals, admission officers, and other stakeholders to demonstrate the value and benefits of the admission management solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and advantages of the solution.
Develop and negotiate pricing proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the sales team and the legal department.
B. Relationship Building and Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Act as a trusted advisor to schools, providing expert guidance on streamlining admission processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving the overall admission experience.

We are into real-estate ready-to-move-in property transactions. We provide consultancy to prospective buyers, who request visits on properties they like. The job is to accompany them for these visits. There is no sales skill involved. You can use your smartphone to log into an app, see all the visits scheduled for today, coordinate with the buyer to reach the GPS location mentioned. If the buyer seeks any answer regarding the property, just check it on the app and answer. That’s it.
When sales happen out of these visits, and we get our service fee, the same will be shared with you (5% of the fee will on an average amount to 5000/-).
