About the Role

At Twenty20 Systems, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Integration) who can build and support scalable integrations across enterprise applications, APIs, and data systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, technically strong, and excited to solve real integration challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to build reliable integration solutions while contributing to architecture and engineering best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations, APIs, and automation workflows across internal and third-party systems.
• Build and manage integrations using Workato and other iPaaS/middleware platforms.
• Develop and optimize API-based services, data pipelines, and workflow automations for business-critical use cases.
• Work with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and build scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve integration performance in production environments.
• Build reusable components, connectors, and automation logic to improve delivery efficiency.
• Ensure integrations follow security, reliability, performance, and governance standards.
• Support delivery teams in resolving integration issues and improving system performance.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering, middleware, or enterprise integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workato (Boomi, MuleSoft, WSO2, TIBCO experience is a plus).
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and connector-based integrations.
• Strong skills in JSON, XML, SQL, JavaScript/Python, and data transformation logic.
• Experience working with enterprise applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Snowflake, Shopify, etc.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and automation architectures is a plus.
• Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-oriented environment with strong ownership.

What Your First 3 Months Will Look Like

• Take ownership of assigned integration projects and support ongoing delivery pipelines.
• Work on API integrations, automations, and troubleshooting real-time production scenarios.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to improve integration quality and performance.

Role Summary 

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong backend engineering experience and an AI-first, automation-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, and AWS, with experience building scalable integrations and working in microservices environments. 

The role will also contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development practices, including working with Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, reusable skills/tools, and automation to improve engineering productivity. 

We are looking for someone who can work independently, challenge existing approaches, identify opportunities for automation, and drive solutions with minimal supervision. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and XML. 
• Build scalable integrations using REST/JSON APIs and microservice-based architectures. 
• Develop and support services in an AWS cloud environment. 
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, debugging, testing, documentation, analysis, and code review. 
• Design and integrate MCP servers/tools to enable AI agents to securely interact with applications, APIs, data, and engineering systems. 
• Build or contribute to reusable AI agents, skills, prompts, tools, and automated engineering workflows. 
• Identify repetitive development and support activities that can be simplified or automated using AI or traditional automation. 
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering, security, and coding standards. 
• Troubleshoot complex defects and production issues and perform structured root-cause analysis. 
• Collaborate with QA, Product, Business Analysis, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Contribute to technical documentation, reusable solutions, and engineering knowledge sharing. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. 
• Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services. 
• Experience working with XML, including parsing, validation, and transformations. 
• Experience developing solutions in AWS and microservices environments. 
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production-support skills. 
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Devin, or similar tools. 
• Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, tool calling, and agentic workflows. 
• Experience working with or building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrations. 
• Understanding of secure API/tool integration, authentication, permissions, and data handling when exposing capabilities to AI agents. 
• Ability to identify practical opportunities for AI, automation, and reusable engineering tooling. 
• Experience with CI/CD, Git-based development, and modern software engineering practices. 
• Experience performing code reviews and mentoring other developers. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience building AI-enabled developer tools, agents, or internal engineering platforms. 
• Experience with prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG, embeddings, or LLM APIs. 
• Experience integrating engineering systems such as GitLab, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, databases, or observability platforms with AI agents. 
• Experience creating reusable MCP tools or agent workflows used by multiple developers. 
• Airline, travel, Offer/Order, reservation systems, or GDS experience is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect with 8+ years of experience to lead Salesforce architecture, solution design, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, quote-to-cash processes, and professional services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce solution architecture, scalability, security, and platform governance.
• Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Certinia PSA, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Architect integrations with NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
• Define data models, integration patterns, automation, and technical best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and integration teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture responsibilities.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and quote-to-cash.
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and Platform Events.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, middleware, data architecture, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Certinia PSA (FinancialForce).
• Familiarity with NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workday.
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments.
• Salesforce Architect certifications.

Own a client end to end. Learn their business, find what to automate or rebuild, and lead the work that ships it.

Turn business problems into technical solutions sit in the call, understand the real problem, design the fix, and decide how it gets built.

Stay hands-on. You'll still write code, build integrations, and work with APIs every day.

Build on whatever the client runs Zoho, Salesforce, Azure, similar platforms, and custom apps where needed.

Run delivery: scope it, sequence it, ship it, support it. The timeline is yours.

Review code and designs. Mentor the developers on your projects and unblock them fast.

Be the escalation point when something breaks or an integration misbehaves.

Own client communication on the technical side status, tradeoffs, bad news, early.

Keep the bar high: clear docs, clear updates, clear commit history.

What we're looking for

4–7 years shipping software, with real depth in REST APIs and system integrations.

Experience leading projects or small teams — the person others check with before they build.

Strong with business platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Much of the leverage lives there, not in custom code.

You can sit with a non-technical client, understand the problem, and come back with a working solution.

Still enjoy building. This is technical leadership, not coordination.

Self-driven. You'll often be the senior-most engineer on the account.
