Role Overview

Support executive for Heyo, the candidate should be customer-focused and have at least a year of experience in a chat support process.They will handle real-time customer interactions over chat and calls, they will need to guide users through queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience with Heyo’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via chat and phone calls in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to calling, WhatsApp setup, and app features
• Guide users through onboarding steps
• Document common issues and grab insights to contribute to internal knowledge bases
• Escalate complex issues to the product or tech team 
• Collect and relay customer feedback
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• At least one year of experience (preferably 2) in a customer support role (SaaS or tech product experience is vital)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API(very important), cloud telephony, or CRM systems is an advantage
• Experience using tools like Freshdesk, Google Suit and Excel. 
• Understanding of customer support terminologies (CSAT, FRT, TAT, etc.)
• Exposure to working in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—for IT services and software solutions. This role is remote, but the candidate must be Mumbai-based for client meetings when required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Identify and generate B2B leads via LinkedIn, referrals, portals, and inbound enquiries
• Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timelines
• Engage with startups, SMEs, enterprises, and government-linked organizations

Client Interaction & Sales

• Conduct discovery calls and requirement discussions
• Understand business problems and map them to Sehsaa’s tech offerings
• Pitch IT services including:
• Custom software & web development
• Mobile app development (Android/iOS)
• AI, automation, and enterprise solutions

Proposal & Deal Closure

• Coordinate with technical team for scope, pricing, and timelines
• Prepare and present proposals and capability decks
• Handle negotiations and close deals independently

Account & Relationship Management

• Act as the point of contact until project kickoff
• Build long-term client relationships
• Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities

Targets & KPIs

• Monthly revenue closure
• Lead-to-conversion ratio
• Sales pipeline value

Client retention & repeat business

Must-Have

• 2–6 years experience in IT services / software sales
• Proven experience closing B2B deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Comfortable working remotely with outcome-based targets

Good-to-Have

• Experience selling enterprise or government IT solutions
• Exposure to tenders, GeM, or large-ticket projects
• Mumbai-based with ability to attend client meetings if required
• Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Commission: 5% on revenue received (uncapped)
• Higher commission for higher monthly closures

Must-Have Skills

1. Mobile Test Automation – Strong hands-on experience in Espresso (Android),

XCUITest (iOS), and WebDriverIO for web & mobile hybrid apps.

2. Programming Languages – Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, and

JavaScript/TypeScript.

3. Test Frameworks & Tools – Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Appium

(optional), WebDriverIO.

4. CI/CD & DevOps – Hands-on experience in Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and

Bitrise.

5. Version Control – Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket.

6. Cloud Device Testing – Experience with Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, AWS Device

Farm, or Firebase Test Lab.

7. API Testing – Hands-on experience with Postman, REST Assured, or Kotlin for

API automation.

8. Performance Testing – Exposure to mobile performance testing using tools like

Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments, JMeter.

9. Agile & Collaboration – Familiarity with JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and working in

Agile environments.

10. Debugging & Troubleshooting – Strong ability to debug test failures and optimize

automation performance.

Develop and execute automation test scripts for Android (Espresso/JetPack

Compose) and iOS (XCUITest) applications.

● Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage

and seamless integration.

● Maintain and optimize existing test automation frameworks for scalability,

reliability, and performance.

● Set up and manage automation testing workflows in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, and other tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline, or equivalent working experience.
• Development of distributed applications with Microsoft technologies: C# .NET/Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
• Deep expertise with microservices architectures and design patterns.
• Cloud Native AWS experience with services such as Lambda, SQS, RDS/Aurora, S3, Lex, and Polly.
• Mastery of both Windows and Linux environments and their use in the development and management of complex distributed systems architectures.
• Git source code repository and continuous integration tools.
• Proficient with debugging and profiling distributed systems.
