You’ll Own:
Design clean, high-conversion flows for product pages, checkouts, dashboards, and mobile web
Translate product logic (rental terms, deposits, trials) into simple visual systems
Work closely with full-stack developers to deliver responsive, fast-loading designs
Collaborate with marketing on campaign pages and homepage experiments
Audit and iterate on live designs using feedback, recordings, and data
Build and maintain Rentkar’s UI kit, design system, and iconography
You Are:
Comfortable designing for commerce + product logic, not just visual content
Great with layout, spacing, readability, and clean information architecture
Strong in Figma, component systems, auto-layouts, prototypes
Able to translate messy requirements into logical wireframes fast
A team player who loves solving problems with engineers + marketers
Bonus:
Past experience designing e-commerce or SaaS dashboards
Worked with rental platforms, subscription models, or product catalogues
Familiarity with motion, iconography, or UX writing
Curious about data, drop-offs, and user flow metrics
Integrations SME
- 5 - 7 years of IT experience relevant to this position.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in Development of Integrations using OIC for the Oracle Fusion Modules like Financials / SCM / HCM
- Good hands-on experience in monitoring and debugging of OIC integration and migration of OIC components.
- Excellent client interfacing skills / working with IT as well as business stakeholders and writing technical design documents.
- Should be able to review the requirements and design with business and also provide estimates for various enhancements on integrations
- Hands-on experience in data migration/integration methods SOAP and Rest web services, FBDI, BIP, and HDL.
- Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.
- Good to Have:

CLIRNET is already a leader in this space, with over 2 Lakh registered physicians regularly using the platform. CLIRNET is now building a product in the video streaming OTT space for knowledge delivery. This position will have a role in ideating, researching and giving shape to this video streaming OTT platform.
Objectives of this Role :
- Drive the product planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achieved
- Develop, implement, and maintain product timelines across multiple departments
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Manage the product development process from conception through design, build, release, analysis, and iteration
- Be a critical voice of the user within CLIRNET.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop marketing strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Skills and Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience in product in a B2C consumer internet company with a background in technical product management or web engineering.
- Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms to understand product usability.
- Familiarity with APIs, documentation, web system architecture
- An understanding of what makes for good user experience and beautiful design.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. You will also provide HR and leadership with processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs and ensures a competitive market position for the organization. You will be developing and/or participating in compensation/benefit surveys to analyse company’s competitive position. You will be ensuring company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.
Responsibilities
- Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage, and retain employees
- Overall compensation philosophy design – Building the system to keep pay equitable to market and creation of systems for delivery at scale.
- End to End Support to our rewards cycles (mid-year and year-end) including the review current offerings and plans for enhancements and changes, rollout and communication materials.
- Assist with the compliance and governance of compensation and benefits policies and programs, monitor market trends, identify risks, perform audits, and provide solutions
- Act as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits queries and issues raised by employees, payroll, HR, and vendors including managing invoices.
