Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to help us expand our sales team by hiring Sales Executives focused on selling annual car and bike subscription products. As our platform grows, we need a steady influx of skilled sales personnel. This role will also involve recruiting for BDA, TL, and BDM profiles.

Key Details:

Experience: Open to all levels

Qualifications: B.Com, BBA, MBA in HR

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sundays off)

Shift: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English

Laptop/Wi-Fi: Candidates should have their own laptop.

Compensation:

Training: 7 days unpaid

Salary: Per successful hire, earn ₹1000-₹3000, depending on the designation.

Compensation:

Initial 2 Months: Performance-based period; no fixed salary. You'll earn ₹1000 - ₹3000 per candidate successful hire, depending on the designation.

After the performance period, additional compensation may be reviewed based on performance and hiring success.

Role and Responsibilities:

·        Lead the vision of our product and consumer experiences

·        Own the end-to-end design/ UX of YouShd’s applications, design simple and clean visual UI, and create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect mocks

·        Work with the tech team to get your ideas built

·        Conduct user research, come up with user personas, both informally and in structured studies, and analyze and present findings so we all can understand our users better

·        Set the standard for what great design entails and help your team achieve that standard

·        Build and maintain a design system to achieve consistency across our applications

Skills and Experience:

·        2+ years of experience in product design

·        Work with wireframing tool of choice (Balsamiq, Pencil, Axure, Whimsical, Mockflow, etc.) to create low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes

·        Convert any wireframes into mockups using Figma, Sketch, etc.

·        Find design inspirations related to the idea proposed and do independent research

·        Demonstrated experience of leading complex projects independently under tight timelines

·        Detail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit

·        First-principles led problem-solving attitude

Nice to Haves:

·        Experience with frontend web or mobile development

·        Previous experience working in an Agile environment with scrums and sprints

• Experienced in load testing and benchmarking tools such as JMeter, Loadrunner, etc.
• Experienced in Linux-based database technology and versed with stored procedures.
