About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive from the Real Estate industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, vendor coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate/construction accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and financial transactions
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable activities
• Prepare invoices, bills, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
• Maintain project-wise accounting records for real estate projects
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities

Key Requirements

• Experience as Account Executive in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure industry mandatory

·    Define decision frameworks and realistic scenarios for AI reinforcement learning based on ServiceNow workflows.

·    Design scenario-driven tasks mirroring ServiceNow processes like case handling, SLA tracking, and IT incident management.

·    Develop and validate structured data tasks in JSON, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

·    Write natural language instructions aligned with ServiceNow’s business logic and workflows.

·    Use SQL queries for validation and quality checks of task data.

·    Apply prompt engineering techniques to guide model reasoning.
