Job Description

Department: Support

Qualification: Bachelor’s (BE/B.Tech) or other

Position: Subject Matter Expert (HR)

Experience: 4 years – 7 years

Location: Indore

Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Provide first-line support to clients via telephone/email/tickets according to decide by the

company.

 Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.

 Answering customer questions.

 Receive, Review and Manage client data in the software.

 Facilitate valuable and clear verbal and written communication with clients.

 Coordinate with internal teams to identify & resolve issues as well as opportunities for

improvement of system and services.

 Provide strategic guidance to client personnel on various modules of ERP.

Requirement:-

 Degree in computer science or information technology preferred.

 Microsoft certification is advantageous.

 Previous experience in a support role.

 Experience with remote desktop applications.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Excellent interpersonal skills.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our EdTech company, focusing on sourcing online courses from individuals and aggregators. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a strong understanding of the online learning landscape.

Responsibilities:

Identify and Outreach:

Identify potential course creators, individual educators, and content aggregators in the online education space.

Initiate outreach efforts through various channels to establish partnerships.

Build and Manage Relationships:

Cultivate strong relationships with course creators and aggregators to foster collaboration.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of our platform to potential partners.

Negotiation and Contracting:

Negotiate terms and agreements with course creators and aggregators to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Draft and finalize contracts in collaboration with the legal team.

Market Analysis:

Stay abreast of trends and developments in the online education market.

Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.

Collaboration with Content Team:

Collaborate with the content team to understand the needs of our audience and align course acquisitions with our platform's goals.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and ongoing partnerships.

Provide regular reports on acquisition progress to the management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the EdTech or online learning industry.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with online course creation platforms and content aggregators.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A team player who has operational and order processing knowledge of Mutual Funds, IPO, NCDs, SGB, NCD etc. The role demands for TAT based working, teamwork, follow up with RTAs & AMCs for internal & external client’s query. The role requires good command over excel and MIS.

Requirement / Desired Skills:

• Mutual Funds operational Knowledge, Order Processing flow with BSE Star MF
• IPO Operational and order processing knowledge.
• Adapt at Excel to work on reports and provide required MIS whenever required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills specially in English

Job Description

1. Execution of trade orders on behalf of clients in Cash Market, Future & Option, and Currency Segment
2. Building relationships with clients

Qualification And Skills Required

1. NISM 8 certificate
2. Graduation (Preference Finance background)
3. Knowledge of the Stock Market is mandatory
4. Good Communication skills (Comfortable in English and Hindi)
5. Basic MS Office Skills

• 10+ years of Collections experience in financial services (consumer credit or marketplace lending platforms/Banking/NBFC) and 5+ years of inhouse collection team management/leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading a team in a fast-paced setting, managing SLAs across multiple channels, and achieving goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
• Excellent work ethic with result-driven attitude
• Demonstrated ability and comfort working in a start-up environment with an agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, and tight deadlines with a high degree of autonomy
