Soft Skills Trainer — Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and identify areas for development.
• Design and develop interactive training materials (presentations, handouts, self-assessments).
• Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions (in-person or virtual).
• Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback.
• Track trainee progress and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
• Stay current with industry trends and adapt training accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in fields like Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in training delivery or facilitation.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills—empathy, active listening, and motivational coaching.
• Organizational strength: adept at planning, time management, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with instructional design or training methodologies is a plus.
• Tech-savviness, including comfort with presentation tools and learning platforms.

You will get an opportunity to work closely with the Senior SEO analysts and to learn the basics of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Your performance would be reviewed after 6 Months and if found satisfactory, you would be hired as a permanent resource into the organization as SEO Associate with a salary hike.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Implementation of SEO strategy which improves organic search ranking

• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives

• Ensuring the Monthly POA & Commitments are delivered as per expectation

• Basic SEO technical knowledge – HTML, CSS, JS, Google Analytics, webmaster tools, back-end SEO and various online SEO tools.

• Perform SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of the client’s website

• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

• Perform keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

• Keep abreast with white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines

• Client communication and reporting

Note:- The training period would be of 6 months, post training based on the performance the candidate will be given an opportunity for full time associate. Also, for the initial six months the salary would be 10k per month.

Job description

- Generating walkins through cold calls

-Counseling the students for the Test Prep Programs like GMAT, GRE, SAT, IELTS AND TOEFL.

-Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done

-Achieving monthly sales targets, cold calling/ follow up.

-Work Schedule: 6 days a week (including weekends), 1 fixed weekly off on weekdays

- Timings - 11am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 8pm on weekends.

PHP Developer Requirements:

1. Candidate should have experience on Core PHP, Web services,Yii Framework, Web servers, Linux working environment & MVC.

2. Excellent skills in MySQL, Optimization techniques, schema design, Stored procedures, Triggers

3. Good command over design patterns.

4. Good command over OOPS

5. Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills

6. Writing algorithms on application security.

7. Writing shell scripts & integration of third party web services

8. Knowledge on any one of server monitoring tools much appreciated.

9. Should have any one version control (git is more advantage)

10. Should be proactive.

Responsibilities:

1. Writing PHP & shell script code.

2. Analyzing requirements, maintain design patterns & making deployments on time. 3. Understanding the client requirements and implement the tasks in time.

4. Writing Stored procedures, functions and Views in Sqlserver.

Must Have:

Work Profile

• Delivering a complete front end application in AgularJS
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and browser with reusable and modular components spanning cross multiple projects
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Integrate with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services for 3rd Party tools and services integration

Requirement

• Experience and proficiency with AngularJS, JavaScript and HTML5
• Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Ability to provide SEO solutions and optimization
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed
• Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS
