Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at BXI - Barter Exchange of India. This full-time role is based in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Thane, or Bandra. The candidate should have a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves managing procurement activities, including risk management, product analysis, and pricing analysis, essential for our unique barter marketplace.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in risk management (Mandatory skill), enabling the anticipation and mitigation of procurement risks.
• Proficient in product analysis (Mandatory skill), to evaluate and select the best products for the barter marketplace.
• Skilled in pricing analysis (Mandatory skill) ensuring the value trades align with market standards.
• Excellent negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms in all procurement deals.
• Ability to perform cost analysis to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Capable of conducting extensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed procurement decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring smooth procurement processes.
• Experience in inventory analysis to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing costs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement process, from sourcing and evaluation to contract negotiation and purchasing.
• Perform risk management for potential supplier issues, market fluctuations, and other procurement risks.
• Conduct detailed product analysis to ensure products meet the company's quality and performance standards.
• Conduct pricing analysis to ensure fair value trades and manage the budget effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
• Analyze inventory levels, monitor stock availability, and ensure optimal supply to meet the company's needs without overstocking.

Looking For:

-Minimum 2 years of experience with Internet companies

-Great understanding of Node, react, Express, Socket.io, MVVM framework

-Worked on an e-commerce website, server handling and deployments scripts

-The one who has worked on the customer-facing product for 2 years

- Strong knowledge of MEAN stack (Min 1 yr professional working experience) with basic

  understanding of LAMP

-Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems and databases."

Good experience in programming Microsoft C# (preferred) and/or Visual Basic.NET, ADO.Net, and ASP.Net 2.0, .Net 4.5 framework or .net core 2.1 and above
Must have experience In SQL and Agile/Scrum

MLOps Engineer

Required Candidate profile :

• 3+ years’ experience in developing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Github Actions) and bringing ML models to CI/CD pipelines
• Candidate with strong Azure expertise
• Exposure of Productionize the models
• Candidate should have complete knowledge of Azure ecosystem, especially in the area of DE
• Candidate should have prior experience in Design, build, test, and maintain machine learning infrastructure to empower data scientists to rapidly iterate on model development
• Develop continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on top of Azure that includes AzureML, MLflow and Azure Devops
• Proficient knowledge of git, Docker and containers, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Terraform
• E2E production experience with Azure ML, Azure ML Pipelines
• Experience in Azure ML extension for Azure Devops
• Worked on Model Drift (Concept Drift, Data Drift preferable on Azure ML.)
• Candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that builds and delivers production-ready data science projects. You will work with team members and stakeholders to creatively identify, design, and implement solutions that reduce operational burden, increase reliability and resiliency, ensure disaster recovery and business continuity, enable CI/CD, optimize ML and AI services, and maintain it all in infrastructure as code everything-in-version-control manner.
