Facade Designer

Location : Jogeshwari

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop facade concepts, details, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.
• Prepare 2D/3D models, renderings, and specifications for facade systems.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and sustainable technologies.
• Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent.
• Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction phases.

 Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit.
• Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites).
• Understanding of building physics and envelope performance.

• Strong Digital Data Operations Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ YOE in Marketing tech operation/digital operations
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 2+ YOE using Datadog for setup, real-time monitoring and implementation for web pages
• Mandatory ((Experience 3) – Must have experience in incident management processes, including defining SLAs and triaging incident for the marketing universe
• Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have experience in Real User Monitoring (RUM) across all marketing pages to capture data on performance (page load times, web-vitals), user behavior (heatmaps, device types, geography), and experience quality
• Mandatory (Experience 5) - Must have experience in developing and maintaining dashboards (using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools) to visualize incident trends, SLA adherence, and usage metrics from both synthetic and real user monitoring.

• Preferred (Skills 1) – Experience in creatig dashboards with tools like Power BI or Tableau or strong aptitude and willingness to learn these tools as part of the role.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience. Proven working experience in Java development.
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate). Experience in the Spring Framework.
• Experience in the Spring Boot. Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring MVC,struts2)
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Java EE platform, JPA2, Hibernate, Spring, MVC and struts2, Micro services, Spring boot, ReactJS, Redis cache, keycloak and Kubernetes is mandatory
