About the role

We're looking for a tech lead to set the technical direction for a growing team and raise the bar for everyone around them. Job Purpose

The Senior Full Stack Developer leads the design, implementation, and optimization of business‑critical applications across the Epiroc digital ecosystem. The role drives architectural decisions, ensures security and performance compliance, and mentors junior developers to elevate overall delivery capability.

What this role is

You are an engineer who leads projects at the scope of a service or major subsystem.

That means: when a problem lands on your desk, it's usually ambiguous. Your job is to turn it into a clear problem statement, design a system to solve it, ship it through to production, and own how it behaves once it's there. You'll work with one or two engineers on most projects, and you'll be the technical person product, ops, and other engineering teams talk to about that domain.

You're not a senior individual contributor who only writes code for assigned tickets. You're not a tech lead who's stopped writing code. You're the person between those two — still hands-on, but increasingly the one shaping what gets built.

• Solve 2–4 complex problems a year end-to-end: shape the problem, design the system, ship it, monitor it.

• Over 4 years of professional experience in software development, specifically focused on solving large-scale technical challenges.

• Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions), containerization, and production deployment strategies.
• Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have demonstrable fluency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and proven ability to design agentic engineering workflows and train teams on them
• Preferred (Experience) – Advanced RAG techniques — hybrid search, reranking, query expansion — and establishing RAG standards across teams
