Job Summary:

The Training and Development Manager is responsible for assessing organizational needs, designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work for all employees. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

● 9+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

● Proven experience in creating training for SaaS platforms, particularly in integration and API-based workflows.

● Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
