- Promote the continuous improvement of trainers by encouraging participation in professional development and certification programs
4. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Development
● Lead the end-to-end instructional design process to create engaging, scalable, and user-centric learning content.
● Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), guides, and job aids.

SaaS Integration Training
● Design and deliver training programs focused on SaaS platform integration, API usage, and customization workflows.

● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on platform updates, integration capabilities, and best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration

Technology & Tools

Required Qualifications
