·        Hands-on experience in Automating solutions in Power shell at L3 level

·        Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and executing Azure Runbooks for operational automation

·        Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Groups management and support

·        String Experience in M365 License Management

·        Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments

·        Knowledge of Azure monitoring and diagnostics tools (Log Analytics, Application Insights, Alerts)

·        Good understanding of application security, reliability, and performance optimization in cloud environments

·        Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

·        Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, schedule, and manage all releases across product and customer projects.
• Define and maintain the release calendar, identifying dependencies and managing risks proactively.
• Partner with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product management to ensure release readiness.
• Create release documentation (notes, guides, videos) for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Run a release review process with product leads before publishing.
• Publish releases and updates to the company website release section.
• Drive communication of release details to internal teams and customers in a clear, concise way.
• Manage post-release validation and rollback procedures when required.
• Continuously improve release management through automation, tooling, and process refinement.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and build/deployment practices.
• Experience creating release documentation and customer-facing content (videos, notes, FAQs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical changes into business impact.
• Familiarity with SaaS, iPaaS, or enterprise software environments is a strong plus.

As a DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for setting up and maintaining the GIT repository, DevOps tools like Jenkins, UCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jfrog Artifactory, Cloud monitoring tools, and Cloud security.

• Set up, configure, and maintain GIT repos, Jenkins, UCD, etc. for multi-hosting cloud environments.
• Architect and maintain the server infrastructure in AWS. Build highly resilient infrastructure following industry best practices.
• Work on Docker images and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain the automation scripts using Ansible or other available tools.
• Maintain and monitor cloud Kubernetes Clusters and patching when necessary.
• Work on Cloud security tools to keep applications secured.
• Participate in software development lifecycle, specifically infra design, execution, and debugging required to achieve a successful implementation of integrated solutions within the portfolio.
• Have the necessary technical and professional expertise.

• Minimum 5-12 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Expertise in implementing and managing DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in DevOps automation tools. Well versed with DevOps Frameworks, and Agile.
• Working knowledge of scripting using Shell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or chef.
• Experience and good understanding of any Cloud like AWS, Azure, or Google cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting skills with proven abilities in resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience working with ticketing tools.
• Middleware technologies knowledge or database knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.

Role:
Building and maintaining tools to automate application and
infrastructure deployment, and to monitor operations.
Design and implement cloud solutions which are secure, scalable,
resilient, monitored, auditable and cost optimized.
Implementing transformation from an as is state, to the future.
Coordinating with other members of the DevOps team, Development, Test,
and other teams to enhance and optimize existing processes.
Provide systems support,  implement monitoring and logging alerting
solutions that enable the production systems to be monitored.
Writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Industry standard tools and
