Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and excellence in our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express, Nest.js, React.js, and Next.js along with expertise in Typescript.
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with API integration.
• Expertise in utilizing modern development tools and deploying workflows, such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with message broker systems like RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency in databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
• Experience with ORM Frameworks like Sequelize or Typeform.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with DevOps (AWS) practices

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the lifecycle of existing product modules, including, maintenance, feature addition, and deployment.
•  Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
•  Designing and developing APIs.
•  Developing full-stack solutions along with architecture.

Responsibilities include:

• Stay up-to-date: Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and technology advancements to enhance the ERP system continuously.
• Security: Implementing security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Code Maintenance: Participating in code reviews, refactoring, and optimizing existing codebase for maintainability and scalability.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and databases.
•  Collaboration: Collaborating closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to deliver end-to-end solutions.

How does your day looks like at Datazoic ?

1. Work with our Product team to support ongoing implementations.

2. Debug production issues and assist Dev Ops or Service Desk teams by fixing or suggesting work arounds.

3. To interact with end users on technical issues.

4. Work on a shift basis supporting clients.

5. Work with and under the direction of the manager/Sr. Developer to analyze and fix modules and enhance existing modules of the product. 6. Provide technical support and work with the implementation team to deploy and configure the product.

7. Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation of the product.

You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews
• Technical Lead experience exploring other open source frameworks and technologies and integrating with project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience at least two or more of the following languages (Python, Ruby, javascript and Java)
• Expertise in object oriented design and design patterns
• Experience releasing highly scalable enterprise products full lifecycle
• Experience mentoring and training others on complex technical issues
• Experience with implementing algorithms to solve complex real world problems
• Solid coding practices including good design documentation, unit testing, peer code reviews
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A proven ability to learn and adapt to new, complex development environments with deep dive analytical skills
• Strong object-oriented programming skills, knowledge of design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces
• Experience in algorithm design and problem solving

• Experience with technologies like MongoDB, DynamoDB is highly desirable
• Experience developing full stack web applications using Perl, Java, Python or PHP

• Candidates from  Product Start-up companies would be highly preferred.

In depth knowledge of all of the above is not mandatory but the nature of the work will involve learning and getting involved with all of the above. You would be working directly with key members of the management team to define and drive technical strategy.
