Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems for cloud-based web applications.
• Develop microservices using AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS) and databases (MySQL, NoSQL).

Required Skills:

• Experience: 10+ Years in backend development; 3+ Years in large-scale, microservices-based projects.
• Backend Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Java.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS).
• Database Skills: Expertise in MySQL and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams across all phases of the SDLC
• Provide technical leadership in coding, debugging, and system integration

• Act as primary technical point of contact for stakeholders

Knowledge / Skills

• Experience with Auth0 (Rules, Actions, MFA, Management API)
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform)
• Strong REST API design and integration expertise
• Understanding of IAM protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, PKCE)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8–10 years of software development experience
• Experience leading development teams
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Responsibilities:-

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions {may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.}

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript {or CoffeeScript depending on your technology stack}
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it {such as Express, StrongLoop, etc depending on your technology stack}
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
