ROLE OVERVIEW:

• The Learning Architect will be a visionary and influential professional whose core responsibility is to strategically guide the development of innovative and effective learning services/products in a customer-facing capacity, often requiring travel to engage with customers. This role demands deep expertise across the entire learning services/products lifecycle, from initial customer consultation and conceptualization to successful implementation and evaluation, grounded in a strong understanding and application of various instructional systems design methodologies and emerging learning technologies. The Learning Architect will champion the strategic integration of simulations, AR/VR, game-based learning, gamification, and other new learning technologies to enhance both comprehensive macro learning programs and targeted micro learning initiatives, ensuring culturally sensitive and accessible learning experiences for diverse learners.

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Strategic Direction in Learning Services/Product Development & Customer Engagement:

- Define and champion the vision and strategy for customer-facing learning services/products, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs. Apply adult learning principles, instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, Agile ISD), and leverage simulations, AR/VR, gamification, and new technologies. Ensure quality, accessibility,

and cultural relevance.

- Human-Centric Learning Experience Design:

- Design innovative, engaging learning experiences using advanced instructional methodologies. Integrate simulations, AR/VR, and game-based learning to enhance knowledge transfer. Develop learning architectures that combine diverse content formats and interactive tools.

- Compelling Content Creation & Adaptation:

Oversee high-quality, culturally sensitive content development for macro and microlearning. Use AI ethically and explore AR/VR and games for immersive delivery.Innovate content formats to improve retention across diverse audiences.

Culturally Intelligent & Inclusive Design:

- Embed cultural intelligence and accessibility into all learning products, ensuring inclusivity in simulations, games, and AR/VR. Guide teams on localization, dialects, and accessibility for diverse learners.

- Digital Learning Development & Deployment:

Direct the use of authoring tools, LMS/LXPs, and digital platforms for scalable learning solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies (AR/VR, game development) to enhance learning impact, considering customer infrastructure.

- Quality & Impact Excellence:

Enforce rigorous QA standards for accuracy, functionality, and cultural appropriateness.Analyze feedback and analytics to improve learning effectiveness, particularly in game-based and immersive experiences.

- QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Advanced degree (Master’s required, PhD preferred) in ISD, Educational Technology,

• Learning Sciences, Game Design, HCI, or a related field, with expertise in ISD methodologies, AR/VR, and game-based learning.

• 12+ years of experience leading the strategic development of complex e-learning solutions, applying ISD models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile ISD) and innovative technologies in customer-facing roles.

• Strong knowledge of learning theories, human-centric design, CRM, and emerging tech (AR/VR, game design, AI-powered tools, and learning analytics).

• Proven leadership in managing product teams, engaging customers, and delivering inclusive, accessible global learning experiences.

• Strategic thinker with excellent project management (including Agile), communication, and presentation skills, particularly in advocating for new learning technologies.
• Commitment to cultural intelligence and accessibility in games/immersive tech.Willingness to travel and deep understanding of learning trends, ISD applications, and macro/micro learning best practices.

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow, with a strong background in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. This role involves identifying and resolving Discovery errors, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the CMDB, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT service management processes. The ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery Administrator will be responsible for helping define, implement and integrate multiple discovery sources to support the configuration management database (CMDB). ·

CMDB Management:

 Maintain and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.

 Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CMDB data, implementing best practices and standards.

 Regularly audit and reconcile CMDB data to maintain up-to-date and accurate information.

Discovery and Service Mapping:

 Work with support teams to ensure that the Discovery tool has the appropriate access and permissions to capture configuration information.

 Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Service Mapping/Discovery tool, including mapping additional defined business services into the tool and updating discovery configurations for deeper network penetration.

 Assist the CMDB Administrator with developing and maintain the technical design of the ServiceNow CMDB to meet the current and anticipated scope and maintain CMDB integrity to effectively support other ITSM processes such as Incident Mgt., Change Mgt., and Asset Mgt.

 Implement data governance through identification rules and configuration of multiple discovery sources that populate the CMDB.

 Strong hands-on experience in optimizing discovery, tailoring patterns and development.

 Validating discovery results and troubleshooting as required

 Assist the CMDB Administrator team with designing, deploying, and managing ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions for both on-premise and cloud resources, including schedules, credentials, and mid-servers  Define, create, and manage Service Mapping infrastructure, including patterns.

 Work with support teams to identify, investigate and resolve Service Mapping issues, ensuring that Service Mapping is performing as expected.

 Assist in creating and maintaining Service Mapping-related documentation, aligning with other methods of populating the CMDB. General/Admin

 Assist with tasks related to implementing the ServiceNow application.  Document procedures for the discovery, configuration management functions

 Assist in developing, modifying, and configuring reports, dashboards, and outputs associated with the change, configuration, discovery, and mapping functions.

Qualifications:

1. Over 5+ years of working experience in ServiceNow

2. 3+ years' experience implementing, administering and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery and additional discovery tools

3. Solid understanding of Configuration Management practices and principles

4. Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Mapping

5. ITIL foundations certification preferred

6. Strong ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with multiple levels of the organization (internally and externally)

7. Effectively working under accelerated deadlines and working independently to complete objectives

8. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with good interpersonal skill

9. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design.
