Tech Lead

• Lead pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, and presentation to prospective clients.
• Understand and decipher customer requirements, including hidden and unhidden needs.
• Conduct requirements gathering meetings, workshops, and discussions with clients.
• Develop and present data solutions using cloud platforms such as GCP Big Query, Azure Synapse / ADF / Azure Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and Cloudera Big Data CDP platform.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients using PowerPoint and other similar tools.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in big data and cloud technologies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Good programming skills in Dart and Object-Oriented concepts.
- Experience with Flutter - Material design, BLOC, Async, Streams, Navigation.
- Exposure to Android and iOS Mobile Application Stack.
- Experience in working with RESTful APIS, TCP / Sockets.
- Knowledge in version control - Git

2.       Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS.

3.       Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.

4.       Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python / Ruby / Java / PHP/ .Net.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of practical front-end web development experience in writing and testing valid, web standards-based HTML, CSS, JS
• Understanding of basics of computer science such as Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Development Patterns
• Good experience in front end development with both technical and visual expertise
• Some exposure to agile methodologies and supporting practices, tools, and technology
• Comfortable learning new technologies, tools, development/CI/CD processes, and best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different locations
• Possess effective verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail
• E-commerce experience is a plus
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA is a plus
• Experience with react framework a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Build out new features and iterate on existing features.

Design and implement low-latency, high-availability and performant applications.

Help define architectures and design patterns.

Participate in code reviews.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Real world web and service development experience.

Deep Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.JS, Angular2+/ React , Express & MongoDB.

Experience with server-side languages like Jade, EJS, etc

Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 frameworks such as bootstrap.

Experience with web services API integration (Rest, JSON, XML).

Experience in anyone one these Docker, Kubernates, AWS, Azure

• Build and implement strategies to ensure continuous growth of customer engagement leading to better retention and lifetime value of customer
• Own and monitor all key customer growth metrics. Build a robust analytics infrastructure to track these metrics
• Employ advanced data and statistical tools to build intelligent solutions around customer and business problems

• Overall 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in product management in internet industry. Software engineering experience will be preferred.
• Engineering graduate from premium institute. Post graduate will be preferred.
• Experience building solutions using data science/big data/machine learning a big plus
• Experience with Agile and lean processes a plus
• Should display traits of a good leader, with empathy for customers and stakeholders
• Ability to thrive with ambiguity in a dynamic environment is a must
