Review Criteria

• Strong Azure DevOps Engineer Profiles.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Azure DevOps YAML-based CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployments.
• Manage Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts.
• Implement Git branching strategies and automate release workflows.
• Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for DevOps automation.
• Monitor systems using Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or CloudWatch and handle incidents.
• Collaborate with dev and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and participate in root cause analysis.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML) and Git.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (OCI/AWS exposure is a plus).
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Good scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code (IaC). The ideal candidate should also have direct client-facing experience and a proactive approach to managing both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients to understand infrastructure requirements and implement DevOps best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, etc.).
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage and orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Write robust automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
• Monitor system performance and availability, and ensure high uptime and reliability.
• Execute and optimize SQLqueries for MSSQL and PostgresQL databases.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide technical support to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Proven experience in client-facing engagements and communication.

As DevOps Engineer, you'll be part of the team building the stage for our Software Engineers to  work on, helping to enhance our product performance and reliability. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build & operate infrastructure to support website, backed cluster, ML projects in the  organization. 
• Helping teams become more autonomous and allowing the Operation team to focus on  improving the infrastructure and optimizing processes. 
• Delivering system management tooling to the engineering teams. 
• Working on your own applications which will be used internally. 
• Contributing to open source projects that we are using (or that we may start). 
• Be an advocate for engineering best practices in and out of the company. 
• Organizing tech talks and participating in meetups and representing Box8 at industry  events.

Requirements: 

• 1+ Years Of Industry Experience Scale existing back end systems to handle ever increasing  amounts of traffic and new product requirements.
